We've got so much talent in this room, musically, Ellie on bass, Jake, Carly,
Vic even.
I did notice I brought a guitar, but where'd that get to?
No, but what we're going to do, because we are now, it's less than 20 days from
Christmas.
So we have to write a Christmas song today.
It's got to be done.
It has to be done.
To get on the charts, make it number one.
Yes.
iTunes, iTunes MV3 download.
I'll do the first three little things I wrote.
It's Christmas, it's Hanukkah, thank God for presents.
What do you think?
It's definitely some, it's, it's a, yeah.
I'm working on it.
Definitely keep working on it.
Okay, great.
It's Christmas, it's Hanukkah, thanks Santa, thank yarmulkes.
Thanks yarmulkes.
That doesn't make sense.
I know.
But I like the rhyme.
That's the point.
Christian Jewish, Christian Jewish.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
What about, Jake gets it.
Or something about, like, put Santa in a yarmulke.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Like, something about, something about combining Christmas and Hanukkah.
Yeah.
Like, let's come together.
Yeah.
Let's come together.
For once.
For once.
Please.
Why can't we have just one day for us all?
Then we could spend all our money at the mall.
Yes.
We did it.
All right.
Oh, it's electric.
That's awesome.
Keep track of that one.
We're going to tie that together.
I mean, it's pretty much done.
The no more Christmas waltz.
Yeah.
Yeah, I want to get a dreidel in there.
So that's right.
No dreidels.
No jingle bells.
No dreidels.
No jingle bells.
No commercializing burning in hell.
Oh, I love.
What do you like, though?
I like, let's go.
No dreidels.
I love that.
No jingle bells.
No menorahs sitting on the shelf.
I've got an idea.
Oh, God.
I hate it.
The concept of the song, the point of view of the song is this.
Let's just put all our energy into New Year's Eve.
Oh, cool.
Let's put it all.
That's great, yeah.
Because, like, they're so close.
We already have New Year's Eve.
What did I say?
Don't need to cut down.
Don't need to cut down any Christmas trees.
And it don't even matter what you believe.
Oh, my God.
That's fucking money.
That's it.
Nice.
Holy shit.
There it is.
All right, now let's do an actual recording of it.
No Christmas, no Hanukkah, put Santa in a yarmulke.
No dreidels, no jingle bells, no menorah sitting on the shelves.
Why can't we have just one day for us all?
Why should we spend all our money at the mall?
We already have New Year's Eve.
We don't need to cut down any Christmas trees.
And it don't even matter what you believe.
No Christmas, no Hanukkah, put Santa in a yarmulke.
No dreidels, no jingle bells, no menorah sitting on the shelves.
Why can't we have just one day for us all?
Why should we spend all our money at the mall?
Happy New Year's Eve, everybody.
That's right.
