Phil Braun's Working Hours, Ryan Phillippe, Worn-Tin (Episode 299.5)

FABO!
I like having fun.
I like to laugh.
I like to meet people who can make me laugh.
I like having fun.
Yes, I like to laugh.
I like having fun to meet people who laugh.
Jam one more.
Pounders? Pounders? Pounders? Pounders? Pounders? Pounders? Pounders?
Pounders? Pounders? Pounders? Pounders?
Are you guys going to start the show? Are you going to say anything?
Doug and Vic's show? Hello?
This is the show. Huh? This is the show.
What?
So this is our show?
It's the Doug and Vic's show. We're going to do whatever we want today, sir.
We're going to do what we want. We don't have to listen to you today.
We will do drops all day. It's our chance to shine.
Okay. All right. All right. Here, let's get back into it.
Your show. Your prerogative.
You're enjoying this? Just to clarify?
All right. You know what?
Well, I mean, we could say hi.
No, we'll do zoomers and stuff. We'll do the show.
I don't have my correct chaos pants.
My drops are a little off.
Well.
All right. Well, let's go to a zoomer.
You're going to say hello.
Oh, hi.
We didn't say hi, but I mean, the thing is like...
I'm DJ Doug Pound.
We're taking over for Tim today.
This is our show, right, Vic?
Tim is living it up in New York.
He's an East Coast guy now.
So we're going to do our own thing.
What we want. No one can tell us.
Yeah.
By the way.
I like the shades.
Yeah, so...
So where have you been, Doug?
I haven't seen you...
Oh, I've been on tour myself, but I got back for this.
And now we're going back out tomorrow.
We're going down to San Diego and Phoenix.
And Tempe.
That's true.
Okay.
That's...
I mean, that sounds fun, but you're here today.
That's kind of nice of you.
I am here today.
That's what we're focusing on.
I got this guy.
We have no...
We're just going to wing it.
We have nothing planned.
We do have Warn 10.
Yes.
He's going to perform later.
We're so excited about that.
We do have some stuff planned here.
Two drummers today.
We got some stuff.
Can I request a good horning?
What?
Can I request a good horning?
Oh, I haven't even thought about that.
I love it.
Yeah.
I feel like...
Good horning!
Let's get cracking.
Here we go.
All right.
We are ready to begin.
Let's see who's on the lines today.
Yeah, let's go to our first Zoomer.
We'll do a normal session.
One quick thing, Wes.
Can you send the Zoomers the show?
They're still getting the...
Who wants to be the first Zoomer of the day?
About our old pal, Max.
Max!
What's up, guys?
Oh, hey, Max.
Hey, Doug.
Hey, Vic.
Hey, Max.
Max, what are you guys doing?
What are you looking forward to today on the show with the Vic and Doug show?
I really want you guys to go off.
I want you to prove...
I'm looking forward to you guys proving everybody wrong.
What do you mean wrong?
What the hell?
Are you saying everybody is against us?
I mean, around the water cooler, you know, there's some talks that, you know,
Tim's not
around and you're eight minutes late to start.
Well, that's not our fault at all.
We were showing this setup, Wes.
There's two drum sets in here.
There are two drum sets in here.
But, I mean, Doug and I had our laptops plugged in, ready to go right away.
Yeah, we were not delaying the show.
Yeah, we were ready to go.
Hey, I don't...
You know, you don't got to explain it to me, man.
I'm just saying what people are talking about.
What water cooler are you at?
The office!
There should be a website called, like, a chat room called Water Cooler.
Is there?
Gather around?
Anyway, who's this?
Who are you petting right now?
This is Emmy.
Oh.
Okay.
But what are you guys looking forward to the show today?
What are you guys looking forward to, like, when you're running the show and
Tim's not
around and you have a little bit more pressure on you?
What are you guys excited for?
Well, we're going to talk to Zoomers.
We're going to let them, you know, ask...
We're going to let them talk and we're going to let each other talk and...
We're going to let them say hi.
We're going to let them say hi.
Uh-huh.
Are you guys...
Are you going to talk during your City of the Day sponsor song?
Absolutely not.
We're going to be dancing and listening intently to the song.
Don't worry.
Fucking A, dude.
That's a good idea, man.
Since you're here, Max, I am curious if you imitate Emmy at all.
Can you do some Emmy sounds?
Oh, you know what?
She does this thing where she doesn't bark, but she goes...
That's kind of cool.
That's like...
That sounds happy.
Like a happy nose.
Yeah, she's a good girl, man.
But I really wish you guys the best.
I hope today goes great.
Well, thank you.
Fucking...
You all look cool with your sunglasses, especially Captain.
Yeah, look at the Captain over here.
Thanks, buddy.
Future so bright.
Are you guys going to do anything physical after the show today?
You're going to go get a workout in?
What?
Is this a talk show or just like catching up with Max here?
What is going on?
I don't know.
You guys...
You literally said we're about to catch up with our old pal Max.
I'm just trying to take a conversation here.
Oh, I like that.
What physical, huh?
I definitely am going to be throwing a baseball around this afternoon.
I know that.
Sorry.
My chaos chat has died.
So I have to...
No, no.
What?
Well, there we go.
I can't...
I need a couple of double A's, Matt.
Fuck you guys.
Come on.
Now we're asking for it.
I think they should be...
Kyle and Wes, can you sort that out?
Max, I'll be playing Hi-A-L-I with my Hi-A-L-I team.
Hi-A-L-I?
Yeah.
What's Hi-A-L-I?
I don't know what that is, dude.
Matt, do you know what Hi-A-L-I is?
It's a sport, I believe, from Spain.
And they whip a ball, a very hard ball, at very high speeds.
Yeah, I'll be doing Hi-A-L-I.
Oh, my God.
That sounds like you're addressing somebody saying a non-truth to you.
Oh, Hi, a lie.
Thank you, Lisa.
Very good, man.
All right, that's very good.
We'll end on that note.
Let's go to our next Zoomer and keep the show moving.
Love y'all.
Good old Max.
That's how the Doug and Vic show goes.
That's a great start.
There's a little high lie.
Oh, it's a scoop thing.
You could, like...
You whip this.
I'm not playing that.
I just...
Let's check in with...
Oh, you know who's here we haven't heard from in a while?
Uncle Phil.
Uncle Phil's here.
Perfect.
Perfect way to start off the show.
It's two solid Zoomers to get going.
Are you there, Phil?
Hey, guys.
Hey, Phil.
What's going on over there?
What's going on?
Me and Vic are just...
It's a laid-back show.
We're going to take some Zooms.
We're talking to people.
Checking in with Max.
Talking about Highlight.
Guys, I'm...
I'm changing my double A's here.
Where are you?
I'm really lost here, guys.
Have you pan up a little?
Trekking around this canyon here for the next last three hours.
I've run out of gas.
I don't know where I'm at.
I'm just...
I'm just...
Wait a second.
Canyon?
What are you talking about canyon?
Why are you wearing this turtleneck kind of situation?
I mean, I was dressed like this because...
You're kind of dressed up.
Oh, this is kind of what I wear a lot of times, but I just...
I can't figure out where I'm at.
I need some help.
I don't know if you guys can help me out with anything.
I can't find anything.
Wait, what the hell?
Where are you?
Let me see the background.
What?
That's where we take...
What's the hell?
Green screen.
Yeah, nice try, Phil.
It looks familiar, but...
That looks like where we take our pictures after the show.
Yeah.
All right, let's take another call.
Is that a Zoom background thing?
What are you doing?
What is that?
Oh, I'm just...
I'm wandering around.
I stumbled across what appears to be some abandoned cottage.
Don't let him in.
What?
I see...
Cottage?
Wait, this is our...
This is the studio.
That's our backyard right now.
Huh?
What are you doing in Glendale, Phil?
Are you stalking others?
Oh, my...
Are you guys in here?
What the hell?
Don't let him in.
Lock that door.
Oh, my God.
No, no.
How...
What is this?
What the hell?
What's going on here?
What in the world, Phil?
What?
Oh, my God.
What is going on?
Open the door.
All right, let him in.
Fine.
Who's here?
Oh, my God.
What?
Guys.
What?
Oh, my God.
What?
Phil, this is...
You're here.
I guess good to see you.
Phil, this is supposed to be our shot.
This is it.
Great to see you.
This is the Doug and Vic show.
What the hell?
I can't believe it.
Leave it.
That was...
That was...
You're chasing me.
Well, first of all, mute your screen.
Hang up.
Hang up.
Yeah, mute the screen, Phil.
Number one rule.
Oh, my God.
Sorry.
Sorry.
Sorry.
Sorry.
I'm stuck out.
I guess it's your...
Oh, my gosh.
Is there a...
Guys.
Wait, why...
Don't you live in Atlanta?
Why are you here?
Yes.
Why does he have ear...
Why does he have...
He's all mic'd up.
Ear monitor.
Why does he have an in-ear monitor?
Hold on.
Where's my cord?
I think Phil is hijacking our moment.
I guess you can help him, Kyle.
This could have been my big...
I always bring my own microphone wherever I go.
You know, we were just getting warmed up.
The Doug and Vic show was...
Come here.
Get in here and fix this for me.
God damn it.
Is that your Tim impression?
What about my ears?
I can't hear anything.
Jen has a great question.
How did he get past security?
Well, we have...
Here they are.
Terrible security here, obviously.
Wow.
Okay, I got it.
Get out of here.
I got them.
Get out.
Oh, my God.
Jesus.
I guess it's something about standing in that spot that just turns people into
bullies.
It's the energy in that area there.
So do you want to...
It's like a vortex.
Do you feel like hosting?
Yes.
Do you want to host?
Is that what you're doing?
I mean, it seems like...
Listen, I was here.
The reason I'm here...
Uh-huh.
All right, we'll talk to the camera if you're going to...
Yeah, that way.
But you guys are here.
And I'll watch your back.
Naturally...
We'll look at the back of your hand.
It makes more sense for me to stand like this.
It does, but...
No, Phil...
That's...
Yeah.
I mean, we could...
I mean, it's our show.
He could turn towards us.
Look, the reason I'm here...
You should face us the whole show.
Turn around.
Turn around.
Turn and talk to us.
Let's see how this looks.
Yeah, give the show like this.
That's so much easier for us.
Yeah, it's better.
Let's just move over that way a little.
This is better.
This looks terrible.
Other way.
Other way.
That way.
Yeah, they're right there.
Right there.
This would be the way to do it.
Perfect.
Perfect.
I mean, this is better for me, anyway.
The reason I'm here is this show is in desperate need of a rehab.
This is good material.
Do it to the camera.
The show is off the rails.
Tim's quit.
No, he's not.
He's back next week.
Not that we know of.
I mean, Tim did not quit.
The word on the street is he's done.
The word on the street is John C. O'Reilly is done.
He's quit the show.
What do you mean he's done?
John C. O'Reilly's done.
He doesn't want to have anything to do with the show.
It's just because Tim's gone.
The show's running late every day.
It's just a disaster.
And so I came here to help with the show.
Can you help us?
And thank God I found you just in time.
I mean, I guess this is our one time.
All right, we'll give you a shot.
But this was supposed to be Vic and I's big show.
Listen.
And we had a lot of stuff planned.
But I guess we could.
You know what?
Since you're here and you've got this turtleneck on, why don't you just do it?
Show us what you've got.
Hit it.
Hit it, Matt.
Go ahead.
It's not working out.
Wow.
It's not working out.
All right.
How long is this intro?
This whole intro package.
It's almost over.
Just be quiet for a minute.
I'll say.
You're wrong.
And you're a grotesquely, ugly freak.
Wow.
Can't wait for the end more, Phil.
Okay, we get it.
It's not over yet.
This is the art from like 100 episodes ago, too.
Yeah.
All right.
Welcome to Working Hours, everybody.
What the fuck is going on?
Great to be here.
I'm here.
I'm Phil Braun.
I'm here with the one and only DJ Doug Pound.
Good horning.
And I'm also here with the not the one and only Vic Burger, because there's
actually four
