a cup of just water
it's free it's free it's not free it's costing us environmental destruction oh
that's okay at least
get an impractical jokers water bottle that's true that's helpful was that guy
from impractical
jokers are in trouble there's somebody's getting me too'd i think not a joke
hairy guy but in studio
today with us he's zoomed in before we just confirmed that our our office hours
archivist
confirmed such news um we have nick thune with us it's great to be here thank
you first time in
person first time yeah and the garage is no joke you know i i you pull up and

they're gonna let me park in there and then you were seeing if your genie
worked on me
yeah captain carlin is also here manning the phones thank you dj where are my
captain's hats
the worm dude in honor of nick um thanks very very khaki day in the office
hours nick has a fun
thing you do you do the you're the best dressed you're a very handsome man of
course but also uh very
well what's the word for it we're very well but uh you're pretty subdued today
i'd say subdued
because you could go pretty advanced with the fashion yeah i like i can go like
expert level
but today i thought i'm gonna come in down home nick yeah he doesn't want to
dunk on us that hard
man charles manson nick it's more of a layup you should do that swastika on
your forehead
you know i thought like the the peter hurt what's that peter what hertzberger
what is he
very handsome who's peter hertzberger who's that guy that has that tattoo the
the um pete has
yeah we were looking at pete today uh he's he's in the news
we're just looking at pete and he's like yeah he's checking out his instagram
white power tat on his big
big hairy chest yuck yeah oh there it is there it is that looks right that
looks it doesn't look like
something that would it's like a traditional american flag over there on the bicep
it's it's up it's
reversed right well oh yeah he's got it oh the guns in the flag oh what is
there anybody lamer than that
with that he was at iron cross that's like that's fucking straight hitler shit
right i mean i'm sure
he says it's not what are you what are you you're fucking triggered by it
well we'll be talking about all that shit later let me tell you about this friday
folks because
if you love office hours and you live in texas then we've got the show for you
tim fest two minutes
left for you to buy tickets folks minutes it's the thousands of minutes but
still minutes those
aren't sold out already no the it's getting close the second night is the on
cinema i have to break it
to you vic oh shit in terms of popularity contest office hours does lose to on
cinema but there's
more thought and consideration put into on cinema and it's a better overall
talent pool more often
we're doing this every it's been around longer so it's just i guess you know
they yeah it's older
people are if we started the same time as them we'd be people are frothing for
on cinema and they're
excited about office hours frothing fairly ambivalent about my band but that's
okay uh matt somebody was
very mad in the comments about my music did you see that i saw that you were is
that what is that you
replying early in the morning of course you get you matt's such a good friend i
defend your honor
he's defensive of me and i've earned it because i've been a good friend to you
that's true very nice
that is true great so matt's the one behind those uh snappy remarks well i got
scolded for snark so i
have got scolded by uh doug so i've toned it snark free this was a fun this was
like i was trying to
lighten the mood well i hate to do this to that guy everyone's entitled to
their own opinions but this
was so light this was a light a light tease oh what did he say did some did he
but he wrote a
whole angry about yeah he wrote a whole tirade about your music and i said okay
but how many bags of
popcorn look at that he even promotes it on cinema there yeah just keeping it
very good very he's very
upset about my music he thinks it's lame but i hate to do this matt but with
there we i did i always like
to click on click through and see who we're dealing with yeah i hate to do this
oh he's got a band big
surprise a little bit oh bass player that actually i hate to do this at the top
of the show but
and we don't want to hear it let's start the conversation i don't know i mean
oh there
he is i'm worried about what this guy thinks cool guy alert all right we'll get
all the best to you
he's fine don't worry about it vick you sent me some music today that i
actually liked but i think
you were sending it as a joke no i like i like it so do you should i put that
on what was it uh
nick your thoughts on this song find that quick here uh some good old by the
way the uh yeah canadian
blues here but it's not it's not blues it sounds like robert palmer or
something like that remember
robert palmer do you ever this is david talking about a sharp dressed man yeah
you want to see him
oh yeah we should put you got the video yeah oh you gotta see the video yeah
you gotta see those looks
yeah that's fun like mr wonderful kind of level stuff no it's better than that
do we know who this guy is is he he's a canadian blues man he's not blue this
isn't blues that is
it's a blues riff the first the first thing also is the are the rolling stones
blues look at that
blues i mean he's making it's just the setting he has in the guitar it makes it
not right
i like it like he's he knows it's a he's like having fun what's the big deal
yeah a little double on
time right here talking about working as women it's kind of
spinal tapion that's definitely not blues it's like rock look at that
i mean the guy's great on camera that's the thing yeah i like keep it going i'll
keep it going wait
wait until the chorus kicks in oh yeah turn the chorus up
here we go
i'm laying pipe
i'm laying pipe
oh wait he's laying pipe yeah yeah but he's just talking about construction
stuff
right yeah he's working third shift
now listen folks the hotline is open if you want to call in and we have our
zoom room open
i'm telling you folks a catchy song is a catchy song
oh what's that what's that move that uh yeah that dice man i don't know it's
just like oh it's like a
it's like a symbol it's like that oh but it's the one you know like you mean
this one
no what about this one oh anyway let's take a call right away
nick do you remember this when you were a kid oh yeah nick by the way like a
softer middle finger
sorry t it wasn't that long ago i'm trying to help nick out here that's what i'm
just trying
to support my friends and their pursuits but anyhow nick's special born young
is on youtube oh
thank you it's a comedy special yeah and it's jokes thank god somebody's out
there doing jokes
thank you it's nice for a change you're not strutting around on stage talking
about how things should be
i'm not smoking a cigarette no
matt do we have someone yeah we got jeffrey noonan jeffrey noonan what are you
peggy noonans really
know what his topic is but maybe i like his last name
what are you peggy noonan's son i'm related to her yes really uh not a
republican though oh that's
fine but peggy noonan was a famous columnist for i believe the yeah washington
post or okay
see i know things i'm smart which is a speech writer yeah all right she was reagan's
speech
writer and then became a columnist and uh fairly like you know what old school
republican like
mega twerps all right what do you have for me probably demo now well demo demo
what do you got i i'm
no one says demo i i have lots of ideas and i'm trying to make it with my a
plus ideas but none of
my helping out ideas which i have uh a health template against the problem
which is the ego
called the ego crunch right or i think we're all on the same page keep going
or none of my content or super major infrastructure ideas i i've got have i don't
really have any money
for right and uh maybe any ideas that gain fame or oh or like good good
business to skip right no
unnecessary spending definitely so free fame is what you want i think i'm
calling in here
yeah
uh calling here might just be the only way and probably the best way to do it
i know i got this with i know i got like the talent the looks and the swag but
i need the production
value i'm rolling with ideas i need writers and money right not much i just don't
have
any production value right um so so i'm gonna give you just got a pen and paper

yes i have so many great ideas based off of uh religion is rooted in our ego we
must kill religion
uh faith faith is getting at the idea of knowing how ego is that how do you
know you're right
right um yeah those are all those are all doable you better have some jesus on
tap then yeah all right
to kill the ego is a german silent motioning stop right move here give thought
a break transcend tap
into the brain self-healing self-healing abilities tap in to kill our own ego
um it should be automatic
but since that is what we have within us an instant should be but against that
now
