FML on OHL w/ Robby Roadsteamer, Phil Johnston, Juan Wauters (Episode 361)

I like having fun, I like to laugh, I like to meet people who can make me laugh,
I like having fun, yes I like to laugh, I like having fun, I like having fun, I
like having fun, good morning everybody, good morning, good afternoon to my
friends in the east coast, in the central coast,
and good evening to my friends over there in the continent of Europe, Asia,
other parts of the world, it's Tim Heidecker coming in, good morning to you
Australia, wake up, it's time for another episode of Office Hours Live, Tim Heidecker
here on Friday, October 17th, it is crisp, cool and sunny here in Vancouver,
British Columbia, I'm coming in to you remote, we try to fool
you with this green screen stuff behind me, but the truth is, I am in my hotel
room, I've got somebody in bed with me here, that's fascinating, I've had an
extramarital affair, last night, what the fucking kind of brick is this?
I'm sleeping, I'm sleeping, so we're going to try to keep it down, I was trying
to work off, sleep it off, as they say, we went till about dawn last night,
Doug, if you know what I mean, doing it doggy style
Oh yeah, yeah, and we had room service and a bottle of champagne, and it was
pretty wild for me, usually I'm not that kind of guy on the road, up here for
business, and that's right, I went down to the hotel bar, and let's just say,
someone who does this sort of thing for a living, was working the bar area,
and I had a little petty cash on me, if you know what I mean, Vic
Oh, so the company paid for this one
Huh?
The company paid for this one
In a number of ways, yes
We like dick, yes
And, okay, I'm just doing a show, I'm doing my thing, I'm doing my thing
Sucker, suck
And it was a lot of fun, and we'll see, we'll see if I do it again, I don't
know, first time doing it
How do you keep it going that long?
Don't you want to kind of wrap it up after a while?
Well, the thing is, you can use a shower
I thought it was going to be a quickie-quickie situation, Doug, but it turned
into true love
We fell in love
Oh, wow
And we walked along the seawall here, around the harbor
And
Watched the sunrise together, and then came back
And made love again
Oh, round two
Yeah
I like that
And we're going to spend the day together after I wrap up here
Oh, okay, it's like that
Kind of interesting
Don't tell me, wife
Uh, hopefully she doesn't see this
She doesn't watch this show, are you kidding?
Mom!
Mom!
But I do want to tell the audience that my friends, Vic, apparently didn't, uh,
spill a hot bowl of soup
In his lap this morning or anything
Or he didn't ball out of his bedroom window
Not yet
And didn't get hit by a bus this morning
Is here in the Glendale studios
I made it in person
That's exciting news
No major dilemmas
Or minor dilemmas
I made it
You did
Let me ask you a question
Did you, uh, this morning
Did you slip on any banana peels?
Not, yes
Not this morning
But last night
It was dark out
And I took my dog out for a little walk
And on the sidewalk
I'm like, you know
I'm downtown
So it's all loud and everything
And there's a couple
Just making out on the right side
Against the wall
Oh, yes
And then there's one of those damn scooters
Just parked
Those, like
What are those things?
Blue, blue jays or whatever
In the middle of the thing
And then there's a gigantic
You mean like a lime scooter?
A lime, yeah
Not blue jay
A lime scooter
And then there's a fire hydrant
And I didn't know which way to go
And I cut around the fire hydrant
And walked right into a pipe
And banged that
Out of my
Ow, shit
I should have gone through the couple
Screw it
All right
Well, Vic is here
I'll do it in reverse order
We'll do reverse order introductions today
If you're prepared for that
Oh, what zip, everybody
Thank you
One more time
What zip, everybody
And
Old faithful
Who doesn't
Have a real
Reason to miss
Unless he's
Traversing across
Other continents
DJ Doug Pound
With us
As always
Good horny
All right
We've got a big show today
And Captain Carlin is here
Matt, do you want to walk us through
Our wonderful show today?
I think that's a fun little treat
For people to hear from you
Oh, yes
Yes, we got
This is pretty wild
A lot of folks are familiar
With Robbie Rhodes Steamer
He's a provocateur
What's that?
Is that a dog or a drop?
There's a dog
There's an actual dog
This time it's not my dog
It's Matt's dog
Wreaking havoc in the studio
It's the worm dog
So there's this guy
Robbie Rhodes
Matt, I'm telling you
You've got to put that shot collar
On that dog
Put it back on
I have
The battery ran out
I'm trying to
It's not working
Robbie Rhodes Steamer
Is a provocateur
I want him
A troublemaker
Is he a terrorist?
Would you call him a terrorist?
No, the opposite
Quite the opposite
He's fighting the good fight
And he was detained
By ICE in Portland
Yeah, he's a terrorist
That's what ICE is doing
The National Guard
And ICE
They're rounding up
All these terrorists
These radical left-wing lunatics
No, no, no
He's a reasonable guy
He's a funny guy
We're going to talk to him
Soon
In a minute
Phil Johnston
Director
Excuse me
Can you repeat that again?
You're just
Dropping all over our guests
Phil Johnston
Great director
Writer
Wreck-It Ralph
Merry friggin' Christmas
I know you know that movie
Stop
And then
Juan Waters
This is pretty wild
Juan Waters
Sent us a video
Not John Waters
No, Juan
He's the Uruguayan
John Waters
You're going to love it
Juan Waters
And then
Well, don't tease the last thing, Matt
I think we should keep that
A surprise
Second half surprise
Big surprise
Big VIP guest calling it
And Tim's got some funny
Little videos he wants to comment on
From the world of
Always
That's kind of the beauty
Of the show
Is we
Sort of poke fun
In a fun way
At the wild world
That we're living
Don't you think
Vic and Doug
Were living in
What I would call
A wild world
Almost like
What Cat Stevens
Used to call
Right
Ooh, baby, baby
In the wild world
Ragga, dagga, dagga
Boom, boom
Do you want me to show you
Should we show folks
What happened to Robbie
Before we bring him on?
Are we going to that right now?
We could
Unless you have
Do you have other topics?
No, I just had one quick idea
I wanted to run by Doug
Yes, sir
This is a product
The world needs
I think
This is just a pen
From the hotel
But I was thinking
If there was a vape pen
That was an actual pen
I think that would be great
Naturally
Working pen
That's a vape pen
Wow
Yeah, why do they call
They don't have a right
To call it a pen
No
You know
Just because it's shaped like
It should be just a vape stick
Vape stick
Unless you have ink in it
Yeah
What if it's one of those square ones
Like the
You ever see those things
Like what is that called
Then a vape square
That's not a pen
That's not a pen then
Pod
Pod
Yeah, pod
Tim, what's the vape scene like
Up in Vancouver
Are you hitting the cloud shops?
I haven't seen
No, I haven't really
I'm not a vapester
So I haven't seen
I haven't really looked into
I was thinking about
Getting some mushrooms up here though
Because mushrooms are
Legal
In Vancouver
In Canada
Yeah, you can end up on the street
Like a drug-out loser
I don't think so
Shout out to
Ty Siegel
Who's currently on tour
And I went to go see him
The other night here
At the Rickshaw Club
In Vancouver
And had a great time
Oh
Take LSD
And I was telling these guys
Not to boast
But
You know
Most of my life
I walk through the world
In full anonymity
If I'm going on a
I'm out at the mall
With the kids
Or I'm playing
In the park alone
Often I go to the park
And just play
At the park
On the swings and stuff
Who the hell are you?
If I'm just
Going to the supermarket
Nobody knows who I am
Nobody cares
It's fine
I'm grateful for that
But you send me
To a Ty Siegel show
That's like going to
A Tim Heidecker convention
I walked in there
And people started
Falling down
Out of shock
Artender
Bunch of
Bunch of beardos
You should
Vic the beardos
Up there
At the Ty Siegel show
Wow
Are
A lot of people
That were at my
My shows
When I do shows here
A lot of people
Excited
No more beardos
Big office hours
Fans up there
At the show
Very distracting
For the Ty
For Ty Siegel
I believe
Did they ask you
Where Vic was?
Nobody said that
But you have to
Imagine this Vic
There's this
You know
It's like a
I don't know
Maybe 300 seat
500 seat venue
And I'm trying
To watch the show
And everybody's
Just turned around
Looking at me
No one's watching
The show
Hey sir
Can I get an autograph
Sir?
Can I get a picture?
I'm like
Watch the show
They stopped the pit
They're like
Stop the pit
Tim's here
They're all
Mocking
They're shoving each other
Like
Oh look at that
Over there
It's Tim's here
Anyways
Matt
Yes sir
I don't know
What that is
What's going on
I was setting the scene
For a rock and roll show
Oh
All right
Business to discuss
Before we bring in
Our first guest
Is
What?
We're off next week
Matt
Thank God
We're off next week
And
Do we want to
Spill the beans
About the following week?
Partial beans
No let's keep that a secret
Let's keep that
There's a big Halloween show
The following
Big Halloween show
Thursday
And then
Yes
All the normal things
On cinema
Is
Never been better
You'll be enjoying that show
By going to
Highnetwork.tv
And we're currently
Selling tickets
Selling tickets for the live experience
Which begins next week
Next year
Now I'm getting excited
Yeah
Next spring
So again
Those tickets are very
Matt you wouldn't believe
The rate at which
Those tickets are moving
Very quickly
I would
It's a popular franchise
In entertainment
Thank you
And we do have a commitment
From one Muppet
That will be
Traveling with us
One of the Muppets
Will be part of the show
One Muppet
With a Muppet performer
Or is it just the Muppet
I didn't get that
I'm not
We're a little hazy
On those details
We think so
Okay
We assume there'll be
Some operator
With the Muppet
That we're getting
You don't get the hand
You just get the Muppet
I don't
I'm assuming
We're traveling
With an operator
And the Muppet
But
One
Muppet
One
Muppet
Two
And I guess
We don't get to
Choose the Muppet
That's the other part
Of the agreement
So it's just
We're being
Provided one Muppet
From Jim Henson's company
What if he gets
Snuffleupagus
And it's like
Taking up the whole
Like taking up
Two bunks
Snuffy yeah
We're gonna have to
Look into that
Well let us know
What Muppet
You'd love to see
On the road
Let us know
We could try
To make that happen
We could put
The request in
Vic what Muppet
Would you love to see
Most if you had
Had a choice
I mean
Fozzie Bear is cool
He's got a hat
I could borrow his hat
Or Grover
I like those guys
Grover's cool
Grover's like
Miss Biggie in a way
Same kind of voice
Yeah in a lot
In a lot of ways
In a lot of ways
Alright
Is Robbie there
We don't want to
Tie him up
So I mean
Certainly members
Of our federal government
Do
I'm gonna go
Yeah Robbie's here
I'm going
Gonzo
Robbie
Hey
Is this working
Oh
Oh yeah
Hey Robbie
How are you
Nice to meet you
Tim Heidecker here
Tim Heidecker here
It's an honor
And a privilege
I know
All you guys
Catalogs
I'm just happy
To be out of
A detainment cell
In Portland
And back in
Scenic Boston
And really just
Soaking in the vibes
Love all you guys
Thank you
Give us the word
Matt do you want
To show the video
And then Robbie
Can talk about
What happened
Is that a good way
To go
Do you mind
Do you mind
Us doing that
Or do you want
To set it up
Robbie
You tell us
Do you want
To set it up
And tell us
What was going on
Then we can
Show the video
You tell me
Guys
Matt
Robbie
You take over
Because I'm just
Here in my hotel
I don't want
To be
Like a king
You know
Basically I've been
On a peacekeeping
Tour all year
To revitalize
Counterculture
In this country
Got a lot of people
Hiding on Facebook
And you know
Shitposting
And stuff
And I want
To get on
A goodwill tour
So I hit
Charlie Kirk
In Turning Point
In July
I was the last
Person to troll
Charlie Kirk
I'm dressed up
As Gary
The Guantanamo Gator
And I went in there
And I
Stormed Turning Point
And wanted to
Debate Charlie
In a Steel Cage
Summer Slam match
Everybody
