three words oh my god and who's going to tune in for like who's watching the
morning news
going like that sounds that sounds like something cool it sounds like something
i'd want to watch
yeah that's that's a tough gig probably someone in the hospital like the tv is
on the news is on
there's someone who's in a terrible accident yeah in the hospital the first
thing they see when they
open their eyes at 9 a.m is me on the news going me so this is like a real raunchy
andrew diced clay
kind of thing yeah it's like little miss muffet sat on a toughet or whatever y'all
know the routine
but what is um what is whoopie like you must have been close to she must have
been nice i was in awe
a spell was she's stunning she has a magic she's magical yes did she convince
you to shave your
eyebrows yeah she's from ghosts i mean vic don't make fun of someone's look she
chose to shave
she has no eyebrows but i think she's never had i don't think no she had to go
from the view to
this the whiplash my neck now what is it like with the producers and everybody
at snl because
you're like listen i gotta go do this i gotta talk about my special can i are
they like mad at you
because you're not giving it all for the big show i think they said that i
could host this week
they said if my special pulls enough numbers on friday night saturday night
they'll give josh
o'connor the boot and i can host who's who's hosting josh o'connor hello nurse
i have no clue who that
is i really don't wait what about this wait i'm going to give you a hint ready
that was me doing
challengers you see oh that's one of the movies i didn't see i don't some of
these movies i don't end
up seeing but we have dan o'sullivan here he's a journalist hi sarah how are
you can you use the
power of journalism to write an amazing review about my comedy special that
premieres on hbo tomorrow at
9 p.m who directed it i'm trying to do some business here you know i mean all
right things are done
sarah let's uh let's talk okay yeah i like the way this guy moves hey tim quiet
piggy
you guys saw that right you saw that who directed it uh cody critchello never
heard of him exactly
quiet because y'all you don't know about the circles i run into
i miss i miss you can i tell you that from an all from a truly uh heartfelt
place i miss you
yeah let me i miss the person you used to be
before the whoopee got to my head yeah wait sorry guys fuck man can we like
wrap this up i gotta go
on uh the morning news you're doing abc this week with david muir yeah you're
doing wolf blitzer this
afternoon you guys like my hollywood oh wait do you want to hear my wolf blitzer
story yes it's not
actually a good story but i'll tell it because well sex it up with some uh made
up yeah yeah yeah
no i had to play wolf blitzer on snl it was the first time i had the first line
in an episode oh the
cold open the cold the first line of the cold open i'm wolf blitzer and the
camera is on and i stand
there in complete silence for 12 seconds what did that is the on air is the
director going like
i just don't i just want full like mind white like
like i was just not we gotta get a clip of this and i'm in i'm fully standing
there wolf blitzer
supposed to say the first line of the episode and i'm just like
wait is it like that in the is it one of those things where we could find it
and you would it
would be apparent or does it not feel as bad as it felt then god these guys are
playing wolf sound
like why cares even when i walk down the street in new york
they're playing we're playing halloween sound effects because you dared to say
the word wolf
well i'm wearing i'm wearing a spooky halloween scream mask did you have a fake
beard of course
yes of course why just get why don't you just get somebody else to do it
why are you doing it do you have a take on wolf blitzer
you know what why are we getting all these comedians doing impressions of let's
just get the guy
they always do that in the big movies they'll be like the mission impossible
movie it's like
wolf blitzer is in the movie as wolf blitzer ethan hunt is on the run yeah okay
all right yeah
why don't you also get wolf dasher and wolf dancer and wolf prancer hey doug
stop that's great
hey doug i wish i could have a i could do a sound drop for you yeah i know you
can sort of do a live
one right now requests yeah what are you um uh yeah go ahead do you have a
request i want listen fat
quiet piggy listen what oh that's biting the classic i forgot about that so if
you were
a listen fat if you were a reporter if you were a reporter on air force one and
he starts calling
you fat and a piggy no no no no no no what's not what's the matter with your
hair is that a wig or
you're stupid or your breath stinks what wouldn't you be like you you big pile
of pudding like
what did she not say anything that happened again at the end she's like thank
you mr president like
yeah have a little self-respect who cares that he's he's obviously there's
nothing important about
being president anymore obviously honestly i i wonder if trump said anything to
me i wonder if i would be
like starstruck yeah he'd glad he had you yeah you're on snl oh i hosted snl
actually and i'd be like
start going down on him take these diapers off mr mr president may i help you
with those diapers i'm
coming i'm sorry hold on i'm coming well even better for him sarah's 15 years
old we just find that
out the biggest load that we've seen all right time out i have a serious
question what are you
planning to do for your holidays what are you asking me when i'm playing yeah
just to ruin the
mood just go ahead you're taking some time off hey sarah thanks for coming on
the zoom in your hot
stinky dressing room anyway what else is in the news christmas who are you most
looking forward to
from the cast who are you most looking forward to uh hanging it up and moving
on that's a good
question we're done with i guess if i'm being honest um let me say probably sarah
sherman with the brown
wig you know her yep i've had a fake beard the wolf blitzer fuck up that one
when i think of snl
when i think of snl impressions i'm thinking like will ferrell as george w bush
obviously
dana carvey as george bush senior wolf blitzer sarah sherman as wolf blitzer oh
my god i've done it
multiple times i totally forgot pretty good it actually does that's amazing all
right sarah do you
want to before you go do you want to see a doppelganger review well yeah i was
told i was
told by peacock or whoever runs your show lauren michaels himself we only have
you for 10 minutes
and i'm frankly i could do i could do eight easily so hey peacock what's that
short for penis
what is it but i want to show you do we know that for sure that is penis cock
um i love birds this is
it this is a doppelganger review do you want to see it yeah it's gonna show a
real picture of wolf blitzer
but no what do we have man truffle truffle truffle truffle uh it's up can you
see it can sarah see
it's up can you show the guys in here yeah one sec one sec oh they're working
on it this is very
advanced technology oh wow wow there it is wow and i have that outfit too yeah
you've probably met that
guy huh i did and when i met him i said i said hi paul i know you can't tell
because i'm wearing a wig
right now but i have your haircut from wings era and he goes oh no i watched
the show
and then later he said why is wolf blitzer talking to me about this when did
wolf blitzer
imagine all the people with wolf blitzer now that's a john lennon song i don't
know why paul would be
saying well that's guy stuff i don't care about all right did paul tell you any
stories or anything
i think i like couldn't speak yeah that's like anytime i wish anytime i ever
met anyone cool i
could be like oh my god then this crazy story happened you were like going all
night and going
to the script club i never have anything interesting to say i completely yeah i
go 12 seconds wolf blitzer
frozen what who was your guest of the year this year
i'm holding it out for share i'm holding up share that's cool that's a big one
i actually don't have
that much a problem with that i saw this great clip of share it was like i
really don't think you're
strong just in case anyone doesn't know the music uh it was this you know that
c-span show where
were guests were callers just call in yeah you know they just have like rolling
calls that was the
best and like in the middle of one just like this woman's talking and the guy's
like where are you
calling from she's like you know hollywood or something like that or florida i
don't know and
he's eventually like is this share he's like yeah it's share and she was just
calling in to like talk
about like the iraq or something yeah yeah it was amazing it's amazing just
look up share she seems like
a real one you could just tell that it was her yeah there was yeah you mean her
voice you know
she's a distinct voice she's got it you should work on an impression like we
just i'm going to
sideline and talk to you about who you should be impersonating i don't want you
doing wolf blitzer
anymore this is very timely you should be doing paul in the wings era you
should be out there doing uh
you should be doing simply uh having a wonderful christmas time let me roll
yeah yeah someone's
knocking out the door yeah it should be like paul mccartney's uh wings christmas
special and it's
you and then you have a bunch of other impersonators come in and the girl is
mine yeah yeah where were
you guys when i needed you on writing night what where where were you when i
needed you guys on writing
night this week i fucking i need you all cooking in the fucking kitchen is jack
bensinger your guy
is he on this show now yes i tried to get him to come to the zoom but he's he
goes he's at work
and i'm like no me too wait so a writing there's one night of writing for the
whole show there's one
night of writing and nobody was biting on my big sketch idea of the week of
well if you're under the
mistletoe you kiss what happens when you're under the camel toe y'all know what's
here's my proposal
is maybe rethink the show and maybe spend two nights writing and see if you get
twice the amount
of jokes and fun stuff yeah push it off to sunday honestly why's it gotta be so
goddamn late
i'm tired yeah who's up then your whole week is ruined saturday afternoon live
yeah yeah you're all
groggy the whole week get a couple days to write it do the show at a normal
time i heard it's on the
canceled the chopping block to be canceled they're just waiting for official
numbers to come in final
final numbers and then it's then you're out of a job you go back to that job
that gerbil show you were
doing to be buying nbc come in come in who is this lauren michaels daryl hammond
who is that is that jack
you guys can't talk about saturday night live it's very
it's jack you son of a hey jack i want to plug your um your short film you made
thank you it's a feature
but it is 12 minutes thank you that is a short wait ah i have it's all relative
you know what
you're just saying i was saying you guys can't be talking about snl if it's
okay i just if it's okay
it's very important too late too late i'll get your words straight jack
hey remember this video all right bring in somebody actually famous god damn it
jack go
out and get some watch your head on the oh get some uh is that your height or
get lauren in there
does the room go down oh okay remember the video of the babysitter on the baby
the yeah the korean
expert and the baby comes in right yeah oh yeah yeah yeah let's do that right
let's do it all
right so sarah tell me a little bit about your comedy special that's coming out
he's gonna come in
he's gonna come in all right that's not working no you have to come in on your
knees like it's
dwarf on golf it was his idea you know door through the door jack produced my
comedy special okay cool
if y'all even care no i was i was like my next question my next question was
gonna be who produced
your comedy special who line produced it it says executive produced by laura
michaels and jack
bensinger that's cool is because he like helped you sort of shape it a little
bit oh cool and he's
in it but you're gonna have to watch to find out all right i gotta go all right
i want to get you back
wait how many wait sarah how many more kill tony stars are we gonna have on the
show next year
i'm trying to get kill himself
his name isn't kill tony his first name is so funny can i ask a question
yeah what are they talking about when they say kill tony what do they mean
but the comedy is still killer is it should it be killer tony yeah it's a
comedy term for like
he should be doing well yeah no that's not why something you've never done on
saturday night live
no this tony guy wants to die on stage from laughter that's right and he's
trying to find the ultimate
comedian to kill him all right no more questions that's actually true yeah well
i get some real
questions thank you i'm a fan of yours too i need you to get back to work
because i don't want to
show up on watch the show on saturday live and you're all unprepared
wolf blitzer had a big week vulture's going to write a review and say boy
something must have
been going on with sarah this week because she was off hey vulture i got
something to say how about you
how about you say how about you write hey sarah good job yes there we go
something like uh like
thanks for trying your hardest well that's it right like i'm one of these lazy
journalists and i write
some yeah it's like i it pulled it out of my ass you know i didn't do anything
right she's out there
with the lunch pail she's on the boards that's right pushing it i'm my on the
pavement all right thank
you sarah if anybody wants to watch this special when does it come out man
tomorrow right wow very
exciting i'm gonna need you to put me hitting play tim i'm gonna hit play and
then go do other stuff
around the house as long as we get the views i'm not watching not for kids
right not safe for work not
for kids not safe for work and if that and if it gets enough plays then i get
to buy warner brothers
all right it's on the chocolate box i love you sarah happy holidays all right
see you next time i see
i like this phrase i'll see you when i see your face that's nice because it's
like
let's get some personal time yeah you know
