What? Wait a minute.
There he is.
Well, listen, we were surprising Vic here, our co-host here, Vic.
We didn't tell him you were going to Zoom in.
He is, I mean, I'm a Beach Boys fan.
We're all Beach Boys fans.
But this guy is a lunatic for him.
He's one of these nuts that you probably have to deal with at conventions and
stuff.
I know.
I met you after a show last year, and I was so afraid to say anything.
I just got a picture.
I was like, bye-bye.
Gotta go.
Bye-bye, bye-bye.
Yeah.
Okay.
You've been touring this Beach Boys Love You show?
It's a tribute to Brian Wilson, and we've reinvented it for the road.
It's an amazing project.
So Mike Love's not on the guest list, right?
Is there a do not allow him to enter policy?
No, I did invite Mike, actually.
Okay, good.
He said he was busy.
He's getting massage oil all over his body.
Yeah, he's very busy right now.
Every morning I meditate, but before I do that, I do what's called an avianga,
which means loving hand.
I know there's so many stories about ding-bang and Brian playing it for like a
day straight or something.
Do you have any stories of being in the ding-dang world?
There are two different iterations of his manic-ness.
One was ding-dang and the other was shortening bread.
Yes.
Shortening bread.
Oh, my God.
Chucky dang.
He just loved those.
He just loved shortening bread.
He went over to Roger McGuinn's house, and he said,
Hey, Raj, you got a couple uppers?
And he said,
Oh, sure.
So, they were sharing a little bit.
And he said,
So, Raj went to bed after Brian started this song,
and when he woke up in the morning, he was still playing it.
Jeez.
So, I guess the uppers worked.
Your acting debut.
Yeah, thank you.
What did you say to me when I saw you last year?
I think you said,
You began and ended my acting career or something like that.
Well, you shot me dead.
Yeah, that's right.
So, apparently, that did pretty much finish the career at that point.
But I understand David Marks came in for a cameo.
At the time, for whatever reason,
we were kind of like sickos collecting Beach Boys on our show,
just to see how many we can get away with.
Oh, yeah.
It was fun.
In reviewing it, I really did enjoy watching it.
I thought it was a great little comedic sketch.
Yeah.
I mean, I know at the time, you were like,
Wait a minute.
Why?
What do you want me to do?
Well, it was great.
Thanks for having me.
We're forever grateful for you just kind of following us down that road
because it must have seemed out of nowhere.
But it's definitely coming from a place of love
from me and Greg and Eric and everybody.
Aww.
