Our beloved Jim Brewer, the star of Jingle Smells and Saturday Night Live,
has been the victim of a personal nightmare of his own from American Airlines.
It all started innocently enough when Mr. Brewer purchased a partially first-class
ticket
from a third party, a gate agent that we only know here as Matt,
something not related to Matt Carlin. Mark, excuse me.
I'm sorry. Mark is the name of the unidentified gate agent
who seemingly stole money from Mr. Brewer.

Bumping him from first-class back to economy class.
He goes, we had to take you out of first-class.
What do you mean you had to take us out of first-class?

He goes, well, we overbooked.
You can't overbook first-class.
He goes, no, we're, and he was so sheepish.

inside information to Jim, providing the CEO of American Airlines' phone number.

from my wife and I.
They stole my money, so you have thieves working for you.
