Talking to this guy, going to the website, it got me thinking of this place
that was very near and dear to my heart growing up.
It was called TNT Amusements, the offices of the warehouse or so.
Okay.
He turned into a big game room.
Like an arcade.
A big arcade.
Okay.
Lined the walls with them.
There was like two or three rooms, one's in the middle.
That's the fucking best.
And then he goes, hey, we have birthday parties.
Sure.
Kids, and this was when I was banged.
This was 12 years old, 10, 11.
So you'd get unlimited play.
No quarters.
Everything.
What?
Everything would be on unlimited play.
That was going to be my next question.
Was it free play?
Everything's free play.
They started making these fucking infomercials.
And we would catch them and you would just become enamored by it because it was
this place.
It's the first time you've ever seen a place you've been.
Yeah.
Back to one of the questions.
If this is one of the local celebrities, I would have been like, I saw the guy
from TNT.
I mean, Todd Tuckery or something like that his name is.
Todd Tucker.
That's great.
No, Todd Tucky.
Self-produced, his own infomercials.
Uh-huh.
Aired over a thousand times, this one alone.
That's it?
So this is, uh, I've pulled like two or three moments from it that, uh, it's
also, this is
like super self-produced, the cuts, the jump cuts on it.
It's an independent film.
This is all one take.
One, it's pretty gnarly.
So this is just a real quick intro of him and what the place is.
I mean, that looks like a proper, that does not look like a place you would
want to leave
your children.
This is on a street called Industrial Boulevard.
I'm not even, they give, they give the address right in the beginning.
I think I know Industrial Boulevard.
It's pretty big.
Yeah.
All right, here we go.
All right.
1310 Industrial Boulevard has been the site of TNT amusements now for over
eight years.
It's great.
It's where the murders took place.
There's been a murder.
I mean, dude, this is fucking found footage.
1995, it's their 16th anniversary.
He's shooting this on a, what?
Yeah, they've been banging for a minute.
They had the showroom open?
They used to shoot these on film.
It's been the site of TNT amusements now for over eight years.
It's their 16th anniversary.
Welcome to TNT amusements.
I'm going to give you a guided tour.
Todd Tucky.
Oh, this guy's awesome, dude.
He looks like Maury's Wigs never come off.
Yeah, he's great.
The place to start, of course, is our showroom, where we feature
all of our games that we sell.
Look at that.
Our showroom is now expanded.
It was like a hat, like a basement.
You'll see some of the new rooms.
That dropped ceiling's coming in.
I know, dude.
And, dude, think about it.
It's all crooked, bro.
It's all crooked.
There is electrical cords everywhere.
Oh, my God.
Extension cords out the walls.
One power strip.
I manufacture the most powerful fire hazards in all the greater Pennsylvania
area.
I'm responsible for more arsons.
Oh, man.
More houses burning down.
This guy makes me miss a tie.
I'll tell you that.
The tie.
The tie.
Dude, everything about this guy.
The blazer.
The comb over.
Dude, he's ahead of his time.
He's got a warehouse.
He's got-
They figured it out.
He's doing birthday.
This is when, like, it was the wild, wild west.
You could just do whatever the fuck you wanted to do.
Dude, he's luring kids into an industrial park to play video games.
That's, like, what your parents tell you not to do.
Don't go into that warehouse and play, hey, he's-
That man in the wig.
Yeah, dude.
There's a guy in a wig in a garage going, psst.
You like Gallagher?
Come on in.
Tired of putting quarters in the machine?
Okay.
Over 100 games.
When you first-
That's a cut right there.
Dude, it's full of those things.
That was a choice.
It was full of those things.
Oh, man.
Which makes me think, did he know what he was doing the whole time?
What are you talking about?
He's fucking flying by the seat of his pants.
Flying by the seam of that wig.
Can you go back?
Is that possible?
Featuring over 100 games.
Beat.
Dude, there's too much on the back end and the front end.
Oh, man.
He's standing over that editor, ripping a heater, going, one second.
Let it breathe.
Let him feel the room a little longer.
No, no, no.
This screams edited in camera.
It is.
Rewind the tape and hit record.
I think in the middle, I think in the beginning of it, it says, hey, give us
some leniency.
And we'll post the full link, but it says, hey, give us some leniency.
We've edited all this, like, on the fly.
I want merch.
One of our hostesses, who just so happens to be my lovely wife, Pam.
It's Pam Tucky.
You might remember, last year on our infomercial, I became engaged.
He popped the question on the infomercial the year before.
I love this guy.
This guy's about the business, dude.
We got to get Todd Tucky on.
I'd love that.
If he still, he would come on first.
We had to pay his way up.
Man, talk about everything on camera.
This guy's 25 years ahead of his time.
I know, dude.
Talk about content.
I think he invented podcasting.
This guy's live streaming.
What are you talking about?
No edits.
He's going out.
We'll do it live.
Keep going.
Pam, maybe you'd like to explain how our parties work.
I'm the hostess here at TNT.
My job here is to sit up and party, serve your guests, and clean up afters.
We have full use of our kitchen.
Refrigerator, freezer.
Frigerator.
Look at that fridge.
You can use the ice box.
You can use the ice box.
It's like they leaned out the door and were like, hey, kids, we're filming in
here.
Can you really yell?
It's nuts.
It's not.
No idea.
They've made a bunch of these at this point, and they were never like, maybe we
should turn
the game's off.
Nobody knew back then.
Dude, recording audio separately?
This guy was making this work.
I know.
He was probably late on his mortgage, man.
Dude, talk about getting it done.
Yeah.
Gotta get done.
Just get it out there.
Gotta get done.
Gonna get done.
No matter what it looks like.
That's the Todd Tucky way.
And at the time, first of all.
Wait, look at that microwave in the back, dude.
First of all.
That's crazy.
It's a wood panel microwave.
It looks like a TV.
Yo, I think those are carrot pods in the back.
No.
This guy's a time traveler, dude.
He's a goddamn alien.
I was sent from the future for you to have a good time.
You can make hot dogs for you in the microwave.
Wait.
Did you hear what she said?
Nuh-uh.
Go back to the start of that.
Stood and microwave.
You can make hot dogs for you in the microwave.
Dude, this is my head.
I want to live here.
This is everything I ever wanted.
Imagine getting your shot at TV and go, we'll cook hot dogs for you in a
microwave.
Dude, a refrigerator, microwave dogs, they got coffee.
Her accent.
We'll cook hot dogs for you in a microwave.
Oh, man.
I bet you had a couple of them fat ass.
I don't know what you're talking shit about.
You've definitely had a hot dog out of that microwave.
You fucking, of course I did.
Up your nose.
I'm the one who put a two and two together.
I said, hey, if I bring my own diesels, you got a microwave.
Why don't you throw them on a circuit board on Ms. Pac-Man?
From local retailers.
Oh, dude, I love it.
Start from the beginning of this again, yeah.
Start from the beginning of the whole thing.
A local pizza parlor will deliver delicious large pies for only $5 a pizza pie.
Whoa!
A local Baskin Robbins will be a 10%-
Hold on, Baskin Robbins.
No, she didn't say that.
Yeah, it's Baskin Robbins.
No, she didn't say that.
I swear to you, a local Baskin Robbins.
Dude, the light changes from shot to shot.
Dude, it looks like they were shot in different cities.
What are you talking about?
It's crazy.
I'm so glad this worked out.
I was hesitant.
Pies for only $5 a pizza pie.
A local Baskin Robbins will be a 10%-
Stop, pause!
She's pretty camera ready, though.
I got to give it to her.
We got to get Baskin Robbins clean.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Don't say anything.
A local Baskin Robbins will be a 10%-
Baskin Robbins?
They should have gave her another take on that.
It's bullshit.
We're burning daylight, Pam!
There's no windows.
It sounds like she says Baskin Robbins.
No, Baskin Robbins.
Play it again.
Play it again.
Just wait.
Wait, just wait.
Don't play it yet.
You got to give me a second here.
Local Baskin Robbins.
That's a new shirt, dude.
Baskin Robbins.
34 flavors.
They still had bubblegum ice cream back then.
Baskin Robbins is, dude, that is a wild Philly accent.
Pizza pie.
A local Baskin Robbins will be a 10%-
What?
Hold on, man.
This is like the Good Shepherd.
Play that one more time and really let me listen to it.
Pies for only $5 a pizza pie.
A local Baskin Robbins will be a 10%-
She says Robbins.
She says Robbins.
But there's like a little speed bump of an N at the bottom.
It probably is Baskin Robbins at some off-brand Baskin Robbins.
Off-street road.
Under no circumstances will you use the Baskin Robbins name.
They give you 10% off, though, for the party, she said.
If you drop TNT's name.
Let's let Jeff tell you about it.
Carryaway books.
Dude, that cut's crazy.
Go back.
Hold on.
Dude, Pat and Flip are going to love this.
First of all, Flip has this guy-
I'm not even fucking around.
Flip has this guy's pitch memorized word for word.
With the kids?
Yeah, it's great.
Hold on.
This cut is crazy.
New invention.
The drag bag.
Let's let Jeff tell you about it.
Carryaway books.
It's like two different kids.
It looks like when the camera gets on him, he came to life.
Jeff, you were real creepy in the wide shot, but can you creep it up just a
little bit more for the close-up?
Do you have a weird-
Ah, that's it.
Somebody get him some Dahmer glasses.
