Are You Garbage & Friends #3: Sam Morril | Rich Vos | Mike Cannon | Stand Up Comedy & Podcast

And what was the private school that you got kicked out of?
Affiliate Dickinson University.
Okay, all right, FDU, very nice.
That's a good school to get kicked out of.
And what did they exactly kick you out for?
I got assault, I got my room raided, and vandalism.
That's not, those are charges.
Those are, it was grand theft auto, attempted homicide.
I thought you were going to say I was flunking sociology or something like that.
I like that you threw in vandalism.
I was like, assault is enough.
I think we got, like, man, he drew a dick on a locker.
We're like, no, no, you beat up a person.
There, that's the bad part.
Those are you guarding, start clapping your hands right now.
Friday night, Kevin Ryan, N.H.
N.H.
Moments.
New York City, you want to play a little of your garments?
Then help us welcome to the stage our first guest of the evening.
Good pal of ours.
Give it up for the one and the only, Mr. Sam Morel, everybody.
Give it up for Sam.
How are you, guys?
What's up, brother?
How are you?
Let's fucking go.
Where is Joseph M.?
Oh, that's me.
Okay.
Don't sound too excited for it, big dog.
Give it up for Joey, everybody.
Ryan Hap over there.
Where are you from?
Jefferson, New Jersey.
Yikes.
Jesus.
Go sit back down.
Talk about the bridge and tunnel crowd.
Did you drive in or did you take the path train?
I drove here.
My girlfriend's driving home.
Okay.
I have a feeling she's drunk, too.
Peanut the squirrel was supposed to drive her home.
So this is a change of plans.
Just topical.
Did you park in a garage or did you park on the street?
We found street parking, of course.
That shit's going to be towed for sure, dude.
That guy's going to be like, I fucking hate this city.
And how long have you and your girl been together?
Eight years.
Eight years.
Very nice.
You guys living together?
Yeah.
Did you get a place together or did you move into her place?
So we were both working at TGI Fridays.
Shout out to it.
Just filed for bankruptcy.
I feel like you had something to do with that.
All right.
You're both working at Fridays.
You're both hooked on Crank.
Go ahead.
She was living with another girl.
I got kind of bounced out of my dad's house.
I was moved in with her and the other girl.
Did you hear?
You didn't say his parents' house.
It was his dad's house.
Why did you get bounced out of your dad's house?
Drugs, man.
Man, this fucking kid's all right.
So she was living with a roommate, all right, in a two-bedroom.
Yeah, sort of.
What does that mean?
Were you fucking both of them?
What's going on?
Yeah, it was like 400 square feet.
You know, there was like a couple walls.
Jesus.
Quit breaking.
A couple walls.
A converted two-bedroom.
Yeah.
That sounds like a converted one-bedroom.
So you moved in with her, stayed in her room, and then how long until you guys
got your own place?
One year.
A year.
That's not bad.
I was like three houses down.
Jesus.
What do you do for a living now?
I work for a manufacturing company, and I coach jiu-jitsu.
Okay.
I apologize for making fun of you.
Is the dojo in a strip mall?
No, it's a standalone.
Disgusting.
About 400 square feet.
Okay.
All right.
What does your girl do?
She works for a mason supply yard.
She works for a supply yard?
She has a huge cock.
Okay.
It's my kind of girl.
Dating a longshoreman?
He's dating Jordan Jensen, I think.
Holy shit.
Shout out to the garbage queen, Jordan Jensen.
Man.
I love it.
Did you go to college at all?
I dabbled.
Okay.
Community?
I went to a private school, got bounced out of there, and went to a community
college.
Stop saying bounce.
You got kicked out.
Yeah, he's really trying to make this sound cool.
Yeah.
Like a bouncer came in like, nah, dude, no more.
You're killing the dance war right now.
You got to go.
What drugs were you doing there?
Whatever you have.
What do you think he was going to say?
I've had whatever you have.
It's pretty good.
But you're all cleaned up now.
You're doing good.
No.
No, he's high as fuck teaching jiu-jitsu.
He's with kids.
He's like, let me try this move on you real quick.
It's called the power bomb.
What's the community college you went to?
Morris County community.
Shout out to it.
That sounds like a prison.
I just got out of Morris County, dude.
It's fucking rough.
Did a pound over there.
No big deal.
And what were you studying?
Sociology.
And what was the private school that you got kicked out of?
Uh, Philly Dickinson University.
Okay.
All right.
FDU.
Very nice.
That's a good school to get kicked out of.
And what did they exactly kick you out for?
I got assault.
I got my room raided.
And vandalism.
That's not...
Those are charges.
I'm sorry.
It was Grand Theft Auto.
Attempted homicide.
I thought you were going to say I was flunking sociology or something like that.
I like that you threw in vandalism.
Like, assault is enough.
Like, then we got...
Like, man, he drew a dick on a locker.
We're like, no, no, you beat up a person.
There.
That's the bad part.
How was it when they raided the room?
Was it at night?
Were you sleeping?
No, we were just smoking a bong out the door window.
And someone saw, and they called the campus security, and they came in and got
our shit.
And that was it?
Yeah, that was it.
What does your dad do?
He's retired now, but he was my boss for...
TGI Fridays, dude.
That's a good spot.
Goddamn family business.
He's a general manager.
All right.
Well, you turned it around.
Give him a round of applause for turning it all around.
I think so.
Okay.
I mean, this is so...
We...
Okay.
Are you garbage if you get pulled over for speeding on your way home from
getting arrested?
Let him fucking hear it, Joe, one time, gang.
Fucking home run, buddy.
Thank you, brother.
I love a martial artist with a drug problem.
Just the worst fucking...
Dude, he's probably not teaching anybody.
He's just doing this in the mirror.
I don't get you.
Fighting homeless guys in an alley.
I call this the chicken.
You've seen this next guest on Are You Garbage in Fight Haven.
Bum fights.
Where is Quinn K?
This is already a very different energy.
This guy's got a collared shirt on.
This guy came off the set of billions, I think.
What the hell?
There's a strong-poking guy right here.
Yeah, it looks good.
Yeah.
You're already eons above fucking Joseph, by the way.
Okay?
Joey, we love you, kid.
You're my kind of guy.
Just try not to beat anybody up on the way out of here.
And, okay, who are you here with?
I'm here with my girlfriend.
Your girlfriend.
Very nice.
And where did you guys meet?
We met at school.
What school?
University of Scranton.
Is that a good school?
Not really.
Yeah.
What do you do for a living?
I'm an engineer.
All right.
Did you study engineering there?
Yeah.
And you got a degree?
Yep.
And you got a nice job?
It's all right.
So not so bad of a fucking school, is it?
What's your credit score?
I don't know.
It's all right, I think.
It's all right.
If you don't know, it's good.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Or it's really bad.
But, yeah, if you don't know, you're like, it's fine.
It's not a worry.
I don't own anything, so.
I mean, I have no idea.
I'm not the feds.
It's all in my girl's name.
Everybody play it cool.
And how far out of college are you?
I am about four or five years ago.
I think COVID is when I graduated.
Okay.
An engineer who graduated during COVID is the least social person.
Yes.
I'm not driving over that bridge.
This dude does not know how to talk to people.
We're lucky there was in school.
He would have shot it up.
Yeah, you took online engineering classes.
Fuck that.
What did you grow up?
What did your parents do growing up?
What was that like?
So I grew up in Staten Island.
Okay.
My dad's in the FDNY.
It's funny, it didn't come out until you said Staten Island.
I heard that.
Grew up in Staten Island.
What did your dad do?
My dad's in the FDNY.
Okay.
Firefighter.
Very nice.
Very respectable.
Shout out to him.
And how about your mom?
My mom's a nurse.
We just lost the mic.
There we go.
Thank you, Ryan.
Real professional.
It's good.
Spits on it.
Now you'll be all right.
Your mom's what?
My mom's a nurse.
Okay.
That's like a fucking...
That's a good family right there.
That's a New York, Staten Island fucking family right there.
Pretty much, yeah.
And you made it out.
Where do you live now?
I live in Hoboken.
That's pretty good.
I mean, that might as well be the fucking Upper East Side of Staten Island.
Well, I used to live in the East Village, and that was...
What are you working on right now?
MTA.
So, man, this guy fucking sucks.
It's your fucking fault?
I saw a guy jacking off on there the other day, you piece of shit.
You owe me $2.50, scumbag.
We need some fucking help on there.
That's a bad system.
Yeah, well, this guy's in charge, dude.
He's doing Zooms.
Like, ah, whatever.
Yeah, be late.
No one gives a fuck.
Okay.
What was the first concert you went to?
I went to a Bob Dylan concert at Stone Pony.
Whoa.
Yeah.
How old are you, dude?
This was the 50s.
I mean, the concert fucking sucked.
I mean, he was really bad.
Yeah, he's 150 years old.
What were you expecting?
Yeah, I don't know if you've been around Jews.
Our voices don't get better as we get old as shit.
He looks 21.
He's got the posture of a fucking shrimp at this point, too.
He's looking rough.
What year was this that you went and saw him?
I was probably around 10, so probably 15 years ago.
Hold on.
That's a dark 10-year-old who's into Bob Dylan.
Yeah, that's crazy, dude.
Your parents took you.
My grandpa took me.
Grandpa, what's next?
Leonard Cohn?
Okay.
Well, you seem to come from a good family.
Hold on, because his question is,
are you garbage if your family reunion was at a horse track?
That's a good one.
Belmont?
Hell no.
Monmouth County, shout out.
Jesus Christ.
Let him fucking hear it.
One time.
That's the community college of fucking racetracks.
Thank you.
What the fuck?
What a trash bag.
Jesus.
You know what I like about the horse track?
There's always one horse name that doesn't belong.
It's like, in third place, Moonlit Garden.
But in first, Touchy Uncle.
What the fuck?
Where's Dylan O?
Let him hear it.
Dylan O'Brien, one time, gang.
Let him fucking hear it.
Give it up for Dylan, everybody.
Chomping on that gum like Burt Reynolds.
Yeah, dude.
With that mustache and that gum chomp,
it's a wild combo.
You've got to be some kind of salesman.
What are you pushing?
No, Cheesecake Factory.
You work at the Cheesecake Factory?
How long have you worked there?
Eight years.
Eight years.
Damn.
What do you do?
Sir.
Jesus.
Sorry about that.
I've been drinking.
That's a family show, Sammy.
You've worked there eight years.
You're not a server at eight years.
You're management, right?
No, I'm...
Almost.
Well, do you know jiu-jitsu or something?
You got to fucking...
You ever fight your dad or something?
You've been working at Cheesecake.
You're doing good there, I assume, right?
Yes.
Okay.
Where was the last vacation you went on?
Personally, you.
Just me.
More like you and...
I mean...
What are you, Dexter?
What the fuck?
No.
Just out with your family.
Just me.
That had a real incel fucking vibe.
That was...
Disney.
With who?
My girlfriend and her family.
Your girlfriend and her family.
Who paid for that?
Her family.
Holy shit.
We're not getting a lightning pass?
This is bullshit.
Did you guys stay on campus?
On Disney's property?
No, it was a timeshare.
So they're dirtballs, too.
How long ago was that in...
August.
August?
You're doing a timeshare this year?
How old are you?
28.
28.
Do they have any young kids in their family?
No, no.
So, was it just you, your girlfriend, and her parents?
This, yeah.
Yep.
Whoa.
That's a fucking weird flight,
because it's just you guys and all kids going to Orlando, right?
Did you guys get your own room,
or did you share a room with her parents?
No, we got the own room.
You had your own...
So, it was like a house.
Like a house, like a condo.
Yes.
Did you guys bone while you were down there?
That's a yes.
It was two couples.
They were probably swinging.
Come on, Foley.
A gentleman doesn't k
