Joy Tactics. So what's the best way to apologize? How do you start an apology?
Well, that's a great question because this is what we're getting into this
episode.
The apologies episode. And I would say that all three of us, for better or
worse,
know a thing or two about apologies and saying sorry.
Because Lord knows all of us have messed up at some point.
In our lives. I know you think that all of us are invincible, superhuman.
That couldn't be farther from the truth.
We're some of the most broken individuals on planet Earth.
And we have to come to terms with our mistakes.
And say sorry. And own that.
And take responsibility.
We're sinners.
They used to call me Johnny Sins in high school because I just used to sin so
much.
That's kind of a catchy name, man.
I don't know why.
Did you just come up with that, Jack?
I did. I did.
That is straight up hilarious, dude.
Why did you just ruin that?
That's an incredible joke.
You just burned it.
Jack, you're too hilarious, dude.
You're too hilarious, man.
That was amazing.
Tone it back down.
Thank you, thank you.
Tone it back down.
Sorry.
Here's the thing.
I just really like that one.
He's calling me Johnny Sins in a second.
And, Jack, you got a pimple patch on, but it looks like pure mustard.
I wish it was mustard.
It looks like it's dripping like mustard.
It looks like you put a tack inside, into the right side of your mouth.
Should we go down?
Should we, yeah, let's roast it.
It looks like I just went down on Spongebob.
It looks like you got a corn, a piece of corn on your face.
You look like a single corn of, damn, god damn it.
Prepare to attend this barbecue.
You look like a piece of single corn is on your mouth.
I wish I was good at roasting.
Could you guys, if need be, apologize?
Okay, so they're going to fucking, the king is fucking pissed at you for embezzling
money
once again.
He's caught you at your crimes again.
He's about to execute you and your whole family unless you can apologize in the
most best way
he's ever seen.
So, could you do that, Nate?
I'd like to see you try that.
First off, with the king, I don't think you can apologize.
Like, any apology is going to thwart a monarchy type authority, you know?
Oh, because, but what if they want to be seen as merciful?
Okay, all right.
That's their one day where they're going to, you know, give in.
They're using you as an example the opposite way.
Okay, yeah, I think I, I think I definitely could.
I think I would just.
Nate, Nate Verone, you have been tried upon treasoning against our great
country.
Stop.
Stop.
Right now, everyone.
Excuse me?
Excuse me?
Listen, I know I fucked up.
And I'm going to be the first to admit it right now.
And some of the shit I did is, some of the, some of the shit that I'm, is, I'm
not even
proud of it, honestly.
King, to be honest.
Queen.
And I just want to say sorry and take responsibility for my actions.
And I also want to let you know that I'm really excited to be a part of your
kingdom.
I don't want to go to jail or be beheaded.
I would really like to just start a new chapter with you and in the kingdom.
And I just want to say sorry.
Oh, snap.
You know, you put it like that.
I'm like, I, yeah, all good.
All good, brother.
I'm peeing my pants.
Come here, man.
Give me a hug.
Impressive.
Very impressive.
I didn't know if you'd pull that off, man.
That was great.
Well, here's the thing.
That was pretty good.
There are, this is very fun.
But the reason that we are doing an apology-based episode is there are some
kings and queens that
we need to apologize to for our behavior recently.
