joy tactics um we have a couple orders of business
that's right should we start with the fact that they thought we forgot they
thought that we slipped
and that we missed yes okay yeah this is this is a false start this is not the
real start
and a little bit how dare you guys think that we would ever miss
how dare you question our commitment to this podcast um yeah so you're telling
me we've been
consistent every single monday putting out a full episode every single thursday
putting out an
episode at the same time every every two times a week for a year and change and
you think we're
just going to slip up now right how hilarious i'm laughing i'm actually
thinking that's hilarious
actually we actually did this to keep you all in check because you don't
appreciate what you have
we noticed that people are getting comfortable they're starting to presume
things and presuming
is one of the most horrible sins that you can do presumption is the root of all
evil presumption
right don't ever be presumptuous around me because that's exactly when you the
thing that you didn't
presume is what i do to you which is murder do you think there are people out
there that are having
joy tactics withdrawals right now on the patreon yes there is someone shaking
and seizing all up on a
bus right now because they're not getting their dose on the way to starbucks
working at starbucks
their starbucks shift somebody's banging on the door of their ex-wife's
apartment right now
saying please you don't understand it's so curious how joy can turn into
violence and despair so
quickly well joy is the root of all violence really the absence of joy is the
cause of all
violence that's right and some people even get joy from violence which are the
folks that you need to
fear the most the apex apex predators the megalodons megalodon yeah that's
right finally finally
we should do a full fucking dexter every every episode
viewing and analysis of that tv show all right so this one it seems to me that
he's just fucking likes
killing he's obsessed with it hmm i think we just need to do a deep dive on
that show because i feel
like we've we've forgotten as a society as a society careful what that show is
about and the morals and
the things that we can learn from those the characters in that show maybe some
people have but i do this
thing called a show journal so every tv show i watch i in pretty giant writing
i fill up the whole thing
about what i learned marker the size of your hand yeah i'm drawing it just with
my fist i've learned
much from madman root beer
whoa now slow down there horsey that was only but a teaser just a little taste
of what i can only assume
is one of the most fire podcast episodes ever recorded head over to patreon.com
slash joy tactics now to
unlock this crazy ass fucking episode while simultaneously getting in at the
ground floor
of an exclusive community of like-minded individuals using positivity to change
the world cheers
