Mr. Heidecker, how are you today?
Dr. Wareheim.
Good to see you.
Good to see you.
So, what's the problem today?
Um, well, this weird, stupid thing with my lips.
Whenever I kiss with my wife, they get irritated really quickly.
Like, just sore, chapped.
Alright, well, let's take a look.
Okay, just open up.
Yep.
Let's see a little dryness in the exterior wall.
Let's look at the palatial area.
Dr. Forrest, dial 182.
Mm-hmm.
Dr. Forrest.
I'm gonna take a look into the connecting tissue to the salivary glands.
Okay.
Let's see a little lip.
Yeah.
How does this feel?
Um...
It's still sore?
It's definitely sore.
Okay.
I'm gonna prep you up here.
I want you...
I want you to lay back here.
Alright.
I'm gonna apply a little numbing gel to your breasts.
And hopefully that will get some circulation to get some moisture into your
lips.
Okay.
Can you expose one of your breasts for me, please?
Good.
Thank you, yeah.
Right to the nipple.
Just breathe nice and gentle.
In and out.
Get right into the breast here.
How is the nipple?
Is it fully numb?
Mm-hmm.
I'm just gonna take one more measurement.
Just for tests.
There you go.
Nice.
Great.
I'm gonna go process this in my omelette.
All right.
I'm gonna give you some paper towels to clean up some of that numbing gel.
Are you feeling any kind of promoted moisture?
Yeah.
It feels like there's more saliva in my lips.
Yeah.
A little more circulation.
Mm-hmm.
Let me take a feel.
That's feeling better.
So just to be on the safe side, I'm gonna extract a little urine, and I'll get
you the
result.
Okay.
Okay.
some paper towels to clean up some of that numbing gel. Are you feeling any
kind of promoted moisture?
Yeah, it feels like there's more saliva in my lips. Yeah, a little more
circulation. Let me take a feel.
That's feeling better. So just to be on the safe side, I'm going to extract a
little urine and I'll
get you the results ASAP. Okay, let's hook you up to the urination extraction
machine.
You're just going to connect this to your penis tip.
Connector? Yeah. It's kind of in there. Let me take a look.
It looks pretty good.
All right, great. Let's start the machine.
Okay, so just start peeing? No, you actually just sit tight. The needle going
into the urethra will
actually suck out the urine into the extraction machine. It'll take about 45
minutes. Okay.
Let me just make sure. Okay, we've got enough. Let me take this off your tip.
All right. I will take this urine back to my home lab and I'll give you a call
in the morning and
give you the results. Okay, thank you.
Mr. Heinecker? Hello.
Dr. The doctor would like you to take three medicines. Cytoxan, 100 milligrams
twice a day,
Abilify, 10 milligrams at night, and Levamisole, 20 milligrams twice a day. And
he would also like
your son to massage your breasts once a day because that will increase moisture
flow to your lips.
Any other questions for me? No, thank you. Can I get dressed? Yes, you may get
dressed now.
Okay, thank you. Yes. Goodbye.
I'm going to start with a little rectal exam and I'll see what's going on back
there.
I'll warm this up for you.
I'll warm this up for you.
I'll warm this up for you.
