It's time. It's time to take the gloves off with the Toronto Maple Leafs.
I know Canada is supposed to be, you know, allegedly nice.
I think if you're white, it's a really nice place to live.
But even then, you feel the prejudices.
All right.
I know that all the people in Toronto and Montreal, okay, you respect Vancouver.
You respect it.
Okay.
You give it an attaboy.
Not bad for a city out there.
But there's no world do you respect Calgary.
Admit it.
You know you think there are a bunch of animals.
Cattle farmers and oil men, right?
That's your Texas.
Okay.
And Toronto and Montreal is like New York and L.A.
where they think everything else is a flyover place.
And then Vancouver is like your San Francisco.
Calgary is Lubbock, Texas.
I want to do all the cities here.
All right.
Winnipeg is Des Moines, Iowa.
Edmonton.
Edmonton is, I would say, is like Montana or Wyoming.
Well, you don't respect the people, but you'd really want to own a vacation
property there, you know, just to get away from the city.
I'm just guessing here.
I'm just guessing here.
And for those of you listening to this podcast from Montana or Wyoming, if you
were offended, I want you to know that I meant it.
We don't respect you.
Okay.
But we would love to own a log cabin and have somebody else chop the wood for
us as we go out there and pretend that we know how to tie whatever thing you
use to tie something to hold something down.
All right.
We don't respect you.
And I'll tell you this.
If you've got a problem with it, okay, you get your car, you come out here to
Hollywood and you bring it.
No, kidding.
Stand down.
Some guy reaching for his rifle right now.
Tell you what, boy, I'll get on top of that Hollywood sign.
I'll pick you all off as you're sitting there eating an impossible burger.
What do you think about that?
You from Canada?
You can tell me anything differently.
You're going to tell me.
Okay.
If you're some lady living up there in Canada, you go away to college and you
come home and you say to your dad, this is my boyfriend.
And he finds out he's from Calgary.
What's the first thing he's doing?
He's looking down at his shoes to see if it's got oil on it.
That's what he's doing.
