All right, my next guest tonight is a talented singer who has recently been
getting an awful
lot of attention. This is her first album right here, and it's already doing
very,
very, very well. Singing, saving all my love for you. Please welcome Whitney
Houston.
Stolen moments is all that we share. You got your family, and they need you
there.
Though I try to resist being last on your list, but no other man's gonna do.
So I'm saving all my love for you.
It's not very easy living all alone. My friends try and tell me, find a man of
my own. But each
time I try, I just break down and cry. Cause I'd rather be a home feeling blue.
So I'm saving all my love for you. You used to tell me, we're gonna run away
together.
Love gives you the right to be free. You said, be patient. Just wait a little
longer.
But that's just an old man to see.
I've gotta get ready. Just a few minutes more. I'm gonna get that old feeling
when you walk through my door.
Cause tonight is the night that I'm feeling all right.
We'll be making love the whole night for you.
So I'm saving all my love.
Saving all my love. Saving all my love. Saving all my love for you.
Ooh, love of a woman is gonna love you more. Cause tonight is a night that I'm
feeling alright. We'll be making love the whole night through.
So I'm saving all my love. I'm saving all my loving. Saving all my love for you.
For you. For you.
For you. For you. You, you, you. Oh, my love for you.
You, you, you, you, you. Oh, my.
Oh, my. You'll be hilarious. Very nice. Very nice. We'll be right back. Whitney
Houston.
Terrific. You look great. Very, very nice.
Oh, my goodness. You're a lovely young lady, and I'd love to go on talking to
you, but now it's time to play our game.
Whitney Houston, please come back and see us again. I will. You're just
terrific. You sound very nice tonight with the band.
Uh, well, that's it, folks. Have a good weekend. And, of course, Monday will be
September 16th, or Christmas, whatever comes first.
And our guest that night will be Sammy Davis, Jr. Have a good weekend, folks.
My thanks to Whitney Houston.
George Sandberg.
We'll be right back.
