Let's help them out. Let's give it something. Are we ready?
Yes!
I'll give you something that'll make your call.
When you've got something extraordinary, when it falls right into your lap,
you just have, yes, start, start.
You just have to stop and say, wait a minute.
These guys aren't comics, but they're the best at what they do.
Start, yes, yes, yes, everybody.
Call, call, call, call.
Drop the cue cards. I don't need the cue cards.
They're exciting. They're energized.
And you all know who they are.
Ladies and gentlemen, Paul Schaefer and the world's most dangerous band.
Oh, my man.
A lesson in soul psychology from the notebook of Professor Roy Head and the Drakes.
Work out now.
I want to tell you a story every man ought to know.
If you want a little love in her, you've got to start real slow.
She's going to love you tonight now.
She's going to love you tonight now.
If you just treat her right now.
Squeeze her real jumper.
You've got to make her feel good.
Tell her that you love her.
Like you know you should.
Cause if you don't treat her right now.
Cause if you don't treat her right, she won't love you tonight now.
If you practice my method, just as hard as you can.
You're going to get a reputation as a loving man now.
Then you'll be glad every night, if you treated her right now.
All right.
Every night.
All right.
All right.
All right.
All right.
If you practice my method, just as hard as you can.
You're going to get a reputation as a loving man now.
Then you'll be glad every night, that you treated her right now.
Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
Oh, but you're looking good, baby.
Somebody help me.
Oh, but you're looking good.
Oh, but you're looking good, baby.
Oh, but you're looking good.
Oh, but you're looking good.
Oh, but you're looking good.
Oh, but you're looking good.
Oh, but you're looking good.
Oh, but you're looking good.
Oh, but you're looking good.
Oh, but you're looking good.
Oh, but you're looking good.
Oh, but you're looking good.
Oh, but you're looking good.
Oh, but you're looking good.
Oh, you're looking good.
Oh, you're looking good.
Oh, you're looking good.
Oh, you're looking good.
Oh, you're looking good.
Oh, you're looking good.
Oh, I'm looking good.
Oh, you're looking good.
Oh, you're looking good.
Thank you.
Yes.
Paul Schaefer in the most dangerous band in the land.
Boy, those boys are bad.
By the way, I heard something terrible.
What happened?
I heard that Sonny and Cher have broken up again.
After all we went through.
Yeah, I know.
You know what it was?
Had a big fight in the car, and I don't know.
It was what happened.
It was us, wasn't it?
After the show, the band had to get to the airport to go out to California and
do that nutty comic relief thing.
I heard you had a problem with our choreography in that.
I don't know where you heard that.
Anyway, I had to talk Sonny into climbing into Cher.
But you were rolling around on the floor.
At comic relief?
Yeah.
Well, we were like Madonna when she did Like a Virgin with that white thing.
Oh.
Well, see, if you had mentioned that, then I wouldn't have had a problem.
We surprised you with the floor choreography.
I was surprised, yeah.
I was surprised.
I didn't have a problem.
Who told you I had a problem with that?
I just heard.
From whom?
Through the grapevine.
Well, I have a problem with that.
Let's find out who told you there's the real problem.
I just, you know how you hear these things.
Yeah.
There was some problem.
But having to, Sonny Vaughn.
But three of them were rolling around on the floor.
We did.
Sonny.
Did you really?
You lost a lens doing that?
You lost a lens on the floor.
I found it.
Here we go.
I found a lens.
Boy, it's hot in here.
It's very hot.
It's because those sports pinheads don't turn the heat back down where it's
supposed to be.
Anyway, Sonny was very gracious, though, to Cher's limousine so that we could
get to the airport and catch our plane.
Another wonderful show business story.
Yeah, thank you.
Thank you.
