The nice thing about Biff, he knows he works here.
Anyway, for a dozen years, the Allman Brothers band made rock and roll history.
Greg Allman's latest and fourth solo album is entitled I'm No Angel.
I purchased a copy of this my very own self and have enjoyed it ever since.
Ladies and gentlemen, please say hello to Greg Allman.
No, I'm no angel, no, I'm no stranger to the street.
I've got my label, so I won't crumble like your dream.
I know, baby, so I've got stars upon my teeth.
I'm half crazy, come on, love me, baby.
I know you find my heart and my world, you're the only hope.
I know you let my fur in the jingle, I'll never leave you cold.
So I might feel you die, my God, when you're by this before.
I'm no angel, no, I'm no angel.
No, I'm no stranger to the God.
Let me rock your cradle.
Let me start a fire with your spark.
Come on, baby.
Come and let me show you my tattoo.
Let me drive you crazy.
Come on, love me, baby.
Well, you don't care at all about me.
I'll never treat you bad.
I won't ever get the hand that hurts you now.
I'll always leave you glad.
So I might feel you die, my God, when you're back to go.
I'm no angel.
I'll never wait, yeah.
No, I'm no stranger to the God.
Let me rock your cradle.
Let me start a fire with your heart.
Come on, baby.
Come and let me show you my tattoo.
Let me drive you crazy.
Come on, love me, baby.
Come on, baby.
Come on, baby.
Come on, baby.
Oh, come on, baby
Oh, come on, baby
We're going to do a commercial
We'll be right back
Very nice
Yeah, Greg Allman
Geez, nice to have you here
I got this when it first came out
I think there's a lot of terrific stuff on the album
Thank you very much
You must be pleased with the way it turned out, huh?
Oh, come on, God
There you go
Thank you
Red Fox, ladies and gentlemen
Look who's here, Paul
It's Red Fox
Red, how you doing?
What brings you to town?
Well, I'm opening up tomorrow night
Right here at the Academy Theater
Oh, that's right
Yeah
Yeah
Yeah, with their own Skyline shirt
Yeah, I have a show on Broadway
43rd Street Academy Theater
With Slappy White
And Prince Spencer
And Ugly Esther
Now, now that's
That's a Broadway show
That's a show
That's the way Broadway was meant to be
That's right
Have you ever worked Broadway before?
Yeah, I used to be the janitor at Radio City Music Hall
Well, that's great
1940
1940, is that right?
Yeah, I used to clean up Radio City Music Hall
Yeah
And it's a thrill to be back on Broadway again
Now, Red, let me take a guess
You're probably going to clean up your act a little bit
When you're there
You are absolutely wrong
I'm going to do my act when I know
You know, you can't change
Can't play trumpet all your life
And then pick up a saxophone
That's right
So I've been like I am for years
TV has nothing to do with my impersonation show
Uh-huh
So this will be pretty much No Holds Barred
All right
Have you ever worked with Greg Allman before?
No, but we know each other
Yeah?
Yes
Well, that's good
Yes
My act used to be that long
What do we have to do?
A commercial
We'll be right back
Is that it?
We're ready to go
I want to thank everybody who's here
Christopher Reeve, Willard Scott, Susan St. James
Peter Allen, Biff Henderson, and Red Fox
And also Greg Allman and Madeline Kahn
Tomorrow, folks, we'll be coming to you from a Times Square hotel
With Carly Simon and Hunter Thompson
Have a good night
Thank you, everybody
Bye-bye
Bye-bye
Catch the excitement Saturday on NBC's Hot Saturday Night Live
With this week's host, Candice Bergen
And musical guest, Cher
She's outrageous
She's outrageous
