Come,
and his latest recording appears on this soundtrack CD for the film Cool Runnings.
Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome reggae legend Jimmy Cliff.
Jimmy!
I can see clearly now the rain is gone I can see all obstacles in my way
Here is the coming I've been praying for It's gonna be a bright, bright sunshiny
day
Oh yes, I can make it now, the pain is gone All of the bad feelings have
disappeared
Oh yes, I can make it now, the pain is gone All of the bad feelings have
disappeared Here is the rainbow I've been praying for It's gonna be a bright,
bright, bright sunshiny day
Look all around, there's nothing but blue sky Look straight ahead, there's
nothing but blue sky
Look all around, there's nothing but blue sky Look straight ahead, there's
nothing but blue sky
I can see clearly now the rain is gone I can see all obstacles in my way
I can see clearly now the rain is gone I can see all obstacles in my way
Here is the rain is gone It's gonna be a bright, bright, bright, bright sunshiny
day
It's gonna be a bright, bright, bright, bright, bright, bright, bright sunshiny
day
Yeah, yeah, it's gonna be a bright, bright, bright, sunshine day
Yeah, it's gonna be a bright, bright, bright, sunshine day
Yeah, it's gonna be a bright, bright, bright, sunshine day
Bright, bright, sunshine and day. It's gonna be a bright, bright, sunshine and
day.
