How do you do?
How do you do? Hello, how do you do?
Blue Rodeo will be out here in a couple of minutes,
and Manon Rayom from the St. Petersburg, I'm sorry,
the Tampa Lightning, played a game with the Tampa Lightning in the NHL.
I've decided I can't live with this tie anymore.
I've decided what I'm going to do, I'm going to run across the street,
I'm going to go see our old friend.
I'm going to run across the street and go see our old friend Regis Philbin.
There's a guy who always dresses very nicely.
He always has a nice tie.
I'll see if I can't talk Regis into swapping ties.
Trading ties?
And I have this picture of Stamford coach Bill Walsh,
you know they beat Notre Dame last week.
And I've got a little gag thing that says to Regis,
he's a big Notre Dame fan.
I was in South Bend for the game.
To Regis, my good luck charm, Bill Walsh.
And I have a pack here of some other items that I'll be taking over there to
see Regis.
But the principal purpose for the journey is to switch ties.
Oh, also Paul, watch closely.
When I get in the elevator, I'm going to put on my glasses.
So I better take my glasses with me.
Okay, you don't have them on now.
See, no, I'm not wearing them now.
But...
On the way over there.
On the way over.
When I hop out of the elevator, I'll be wearing my glasses.
Put them on, okay.
Okay, that's what I'm going to do.
I'm going to change this tie.
Go ahead.
I'll be back in a minute.
You people try to amuse yourselves.
Bye.
Okay, you guys wait right there.
Goodbye.
Oh, I have to go.
I think everybody really, truly loves Julie Andrews, don't you?
Why not?
Oh, I think so.
She's given us a lot of music.
Hi.
Nice to see you.
Hello.
How you doing?
Hi.
Hello.
How are you?
Regis?
Good to see you.
Happy me?
Hi.
How are you?
Good again.
Thank you.
Good again.
Thank you.
Thank you.
All right, hey.
Hey.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I'm sorry to interrupt rehearsal.
I...
I'm in the building to drop off an audition.
And I just thought...
Is this where they film Oprah?
Right here?
Uh-huh.
It's beautiful.
It's really...
Very, very nice.
You know, I have a question for you.
We were doing a little something on my show, and I said, maybe it would be fun
if I came
over here and switched ties with Regis Philbin.
And so I'll...
Take it off, Dave.
I'll just take this off.
And that's some tie, Regis.
What happened?
Guy couldn't guess your weight?
Oh, man.
Oh, God.
You just...
You had no point in throwing away an old joke.
Okay, and while you're doing that, I have some...
I'll take it.
Thank you very much, Regis.
Did I get this one?
Yeah, that's all yours.
Thank you very much.
I have some gifts.
This is nice.
Regis, this is for you.
I ran into Bill.
He wanted me to give that to you.
And Kathy Lee, I have some things for you.
This is a t-shirt for you.
Thank you very much.
That'll be for you right there.
I'll sweat it today as I work out.
And this is a t-shirt for Frank, for when you kids are rolling around on the
lawn up
there in Connecticut.
Thank you.
Oh, God.
No point in throwing away an old joke.
Oh, God.
You just...
No point in throwing away an old joke.
Okay, and while you're doing that, I have some...
I'll take it.
Thank you very much.
I'll take it.
Thank you very much.
Thank you very much.
I'll get this one.
Yeah, that's all yours.
Thank you very much.
I have some gifts.
A t-shirt for Frank, for when you kids are rolling around on the lawn up there
in Connecticut.
Thank you.
What a nice surprise.
Also, now, let me ask you a question.
What was Frank's number when he played for the Giants?
16.
Oh.
I'm sorry.
We had this baseball shirt made up, and I know it's a little big, and I know
your son,
Doby is like six.
What?
I wanted...
We want you to have that.
Thank you.
Doby will love it.
And also, I brought something.
Anything for Regis.
I gave you the picture.
I have something for the Love Chef.
It's like a six-pack.
Is the Love Chef here or not?
No.
No.
No.
I cannot tell you how happy I am to meet this man.
Regis.
I have...
Is the Love Chef here or not?
No.
No.
No.
No.
I cannot tell you how happy I am to meet this man.
Regis.
I have...
No.
No.
I'm so happy I am beneath this man. I have like a 60 pound roast. Who's number
16? Where's number 16? Here, alright, here you go.
Goodbye. That's it. That's it. I have to go. Goodbye. Thank you very much.
Goodbye.
Amazing.
Take these right up.
Made pretty good time getting back, didn't I?
Always seems faster coming back than going.
The trip home, of course.
Hey, we'll do a commercial. We'll be back here with Blue Rodeo.
I think everybody really truly loves Julie Andrews, don't you?
Why not?
She's given us a lot of reason to.
She's given us a lot of reason to.
She just is the best.
Good to see you. Happy New? How are you?
See you again.
Thank you.
Thank you.

No.
The rare daisy is not here.
No.
I cannot tell you how happy I am to meet this man, Regis.
I have like a 60-pound roast.
Who's number 16?
