This past weekend, get right to it, but first I just wanted to let you know
that when we got invited by the rancher to go out to, you know, this ham domicile,
there wasn't, I didn't let him know that we would be filming, you know, he just
thought I was just coming by.
And so the owners were just a little, you know, they just were a little pensive
because they didn't know me. They don't know daddy, you know, they don't know
that I got that, you know, that I got that comfortable functionality with this
small ground game. They don't know that. So this is, everything is new to them.
So, you know, they were, they were just a little, you know, I just couldn't go
in with like cameras blazing.
So we kind of just, you know, caught some footage here and there, and then I
pieced it together afterwards. And, and I think you get it like a neat idea of
what this little universe is like. And it was, it was awesome. And it was, it
was super special. And I'm so grateful to the owners and to Austin who reached
out.
So, um, the music, um, the music, I put some music in there and that's by Jameson
flood and he submitted music online to me. And also, you know, I'm sporting
that hitter. So that's all day. And that's all day. But, uh, here, let's go out
to Oregon and, uh, let's get you guys introduced, uh, to the hamster ranch.
Thank you guys so much for your support.
We're heading out into Oregon to see this hamster rancher. And this man's name
is Austin. And I met him on the internet. So this is an internet man. Megan's
helping us today. And she's from Oregon.
Yeah. Born and raised. Born and raised. A lot of things are out here. Born and
raised. A lot of livestock and ladies.
And out here on this road to go out here, they have a lot of different rare
meats and stuff like that. I've seen different signs for all types of stuff.
Bison, elk, funerals, what else? Storage, motors, everything.
Bison, elk, funerals, everything. Yeah. Hey, what's up? So we're out here at
the hamster ranch. And this is Austin. He's a hamster rancher. And he ranches
hamps, right? Yeah. Yep. How many hamps did you think are in this building ballpark?
Um, probably 5,000, 6,000. 5,000, 6,000 hamps in one building. Let's go.
Probably because of those babies. And how old are those babies?
Uh, about 10. Wow.
Cool, huh?
Cool, huh?
I wanna be the way I'm supposed to.
Hold on to what I know is true.
And every time I look away, we'll lose our other babies.
This one's babies. This one's babies.
I wanna be the way I'm supposed to.
Hey, have you seen that daddy?
Keep holding up. I won't stop up till that one.
He's about three inches tall.
Keep holding up. I won't stop up till that one.
Keep holding up. I won't stop up till that one.
Keep holding up. I won't stop up till that one.
Keep holding up. I won't stop up till that one.

Keep holding up. I won't stop up till that one.
Keep holding up. I won't stop up till that one.
Keep holding up. I won't stop up till that one.
I won't stop. I won't stop up till that one.
I won't stop. I won't stop. I won't stop.
I won't stop. I won't stop. I won't stop.
I won't stop. I won't stop. I won't stop.
I won't stop. I won't stop. I won't stop.
I won't stop. I won't stop.

I won't stop. I won't stop.
I won't stop. I won't stop.
I won't stop. I won't stop.
Did you have a hamster drone up?
There's some that look like possums.
Yeah, he looks like a hippo possum.
Boys are actually a lot more friendly.
No, there's actually not.
They cut it off at hamsters.
We ship them down to California,
and the guy down there distributes them to all the pet stores,
like all the major pet stores, like Petco, Pestmart.
Oh, wow.
To the whole Northwest.
Oh, cool.
Yeah, I've probably seen some.
I wonder if I've seen some of your hamster.
He goes and eats his lunch by the cages sometimes.
Yeah, some of them probably used to be in gangs or whatever
when they were out in natural habitat.
Well, none of these guys have been.
These have all been bred here.
Oh, really?
They've never been outdoors.
These guys know.
These guys have all been here.
Wow.
Yep.
It'd be cool to take them on a big adventure outdoors
for the first time ever.
Well, yeah, because when I was younger,
we'd have just a bunch of them.
There would be more outdoors,
and they'd have like these little, like,
kind of cage tops,
but there would be just a bunch of them outside.
And you'd hear them at night out there making love at night.
Yeah.
Our bedroom is on the other side of this wall.
Uh-huh.
All we hear all night is just chewing and clawing.
Oh, my God.
Yeah.
And then you take them to the airport?
Mm-hmm.
And does someone take them,
or do they just go off?
Nope.
They just go off on cargo.
Wow.
Do they seem scared to fly or no?
They never had to fly.
Yeah.
They don't know.
Yeah.
They're in there with their buddies,
and they're all along for the ride.
They were spotted by Disneyland.
They're strolling over.
They're strolling over.
They're strolling over.
They're strolling over.
They're strolling over.
They're strolling over.
They're strolling over.
They're strolling over.
They're strolling over.
They're strolling over.
They're strolling over.
Daddy's home.
Oh, my gosh.
