Hi. Hi. Good to see you. Good to see you too. Thanks, Aaron. Welcome to IV.
Can you ring these up for me? This is flatbread, cheesy breadsticks and
flatbread pizzas. Thanks. I spent a considerable amount of my life in a grocery
store in Indianapolis
and it was the last of the singular independent owned grocery stores and I
loved it and if I can
give something back to the marketing community I would like to do that but I
don't have all day of
course. Well I think we would love to have your wisdom and experience in in
grocery for our employees
here at IV. Yeah sure. Here can you get this for me? Just be a deer and tie
that up. I'll do that for you.
Captain. Ow! He's hurting. All right you ever worked in the aisles canned goods,
straightening canned goods?
Do you know anything about that Elyse? I know a little bit. Rocket man, what
about you? A little bit, Captain.
How's it going Elyse? Good. How's it looking? Well, let's see here. Let's just
look at this. Look at you can open soup here.
Whoa! Minestrone.
Wow. That's good. You want some? Sure. Go crazy. You know they have one of
these in Las Vegas
and at the end of September you two is going to be performing in one of these
in Las Vegas.
Is there? One of them just like this. Today and today only,
celery. For Hy-Vee shoppers absolutely free. Help yourself to the celery. We
have a mess here on the
floor. What do we do? Gotta clean it up. How do we do that? We go get towels
and spray. In the towel and spray aisle?
Well, no. This is Hy-Vee. Any other grocery store, I wouldn't eat stuff off the
floor. Here,
I'm very comfortable.
This is where they're making their money, right here. Wow, are you making
cookies?
Yes. Oh, chocolate chip? Yes.
They're the best. All right, I'm going to put the chocolate chip in here with
the cat food. Is that
all right? Man, I'm coming home with you. And by the way, did you hear today?
Celery is free.
Did you get any celery? All right. Attention Hy-Vee shoppers. Attention all Hy-Vee
shoppers.
And welcome to Hy-Vee race weekend in Des Moines. We'll see you at the track.
Yeah, okay. What did you think? Well, I'm going to be honest with you, Dave.
Well, you don't need to be honest with me. I'm a hundred. Please don't be
honest with me.
Okay, well, then you did fantastic. Great. Listen, thank you for your time.
Thanks for coming in. Appreciate it. Yeah. I hope you recover from this day.
Yes. Thank you. Thank you. That's all I got. 30 years on television.
- That was great.
