You know, last week, ladies and gentlemen, we were in Los Angeles, California.
We did a week of shows out there. Had a great time, didn't we, Paul?
Lovely time.
And you know what we thought it'd be fun to do one night?
Actually, this is kind of left over from that week of shows there in California.
But still in all, I think you get a kick out of this.
And if you can, while you're watching this, do me a favor.
Pretend you're in Los Angeles.
All right? Be a little exercise for the imagination.
Pretend you're in Los Angeles.
So we thought it would be fun to go over to the Farmer's Market,
a very famous landmark in that city,
and find tourists visiting L.A.,
and I, me personally, Dave, would show the tourists all over,
all the various tourist sites.
That's nice.
Yeah.
I can hear you pretending you're there now.
Okay, here, that's exactly what we did.
Roll the videotape from Los Angeles, California.
Hi, folks. These are the Nahabedians.
This is Helen. This is Mark. Where are you folks from?
Marco Island, Florida.
Marco Island, Florida.
And you're in town visiting your tourists?
Yes.
Very definitely tourists.
Yes, exactly.
If you don't mind, I will just now show you folks all over town.
Great.
Everything you want to see.
We love it.
And we might as well start here at the world-famous Farmer's Market.
Have you ever been to the world-famous Farmer's Market?
We're there.
A couple days ago.
Yeah.
So you've been to the Farmer's Market?
Yes, we have.
Okay, well, there's plenty more.
Okay, so if you want, right now, I can do this for you.
Take you on a tour of the CBS Television Network.
This is where they do all of the CBS shows.
So that'll be good for us.
You want to do that?
Well, we did that a few days ago when we were at the Farmer's Market.
When we did that.
We're going to hike up that hill, and when we get right up over there, we'll be
able to see
the Hollywood sign.
Oh, wonderful.
Yeah.
I was here in 92 when they repainted it.
Is it still like it is?
Well, yeah.
It is like it was, sure.
This is prehistoric.
The La Brea Tar Pits.
Have you ever been here before?
Yes.
Yes, I have.
All right, what about this?
Have either of you ever arm-wrestled Tommy Lasorda?
No.
This is one of the great concert venues in all the world, the famous Hollywood
Bowl.
We were here two nights ago.
Well, what about this?
Have you guys ever taken big league batting practice?
No.
No, not at all.
Oh.
No.
You know, it used to be Grauman's Chinese Theater, and now it's Mann's Chinese
Theater.
I've seen it, Dave.
What do you think, Mark?
Do you want to take a couple of cuts?
I sure would love to.
All right.
I love the deck, guys.
Mark, Ellen, how about the Statue of Liberty?
Oh, it's so beautiful.
Yeah.
Think of beauty.
But we were here last summer.
Oh, you've been here as well.
We've seen.
We've seen.
All right, fine.
That's not a problem.
Yeah.
Ellen, thank you very much.
It's been a lot of fun spending the day with you.
And Mark, thank you very much.
Hey, our pleasure.
Is there anything you guys would like to do now?
What do you think, Mark?
I'll tell you what.
I'd like to try on some of Tommy Lasorda's old pants.
All right.
Great.
We had a lot of fun.
Very nice people.
The Mahabedians.
Very nice.
Yeah, nice people.
