Tony, come right over here and have a seat.
Tony Mendez, ladies and gentlemen, come right over and sit down.
Here's our...
I always wanted to sit in the...
Well, good, it's nice to have you with us, Tony.
Thanks for the great job you do each and every night,
chewing on the cue cards.
You enjoying that gum?
Yes, sir.
Now, about a year ago, we started this thing
where we wanted to help area merchants
with a little slogan, a little catchphrase,
and so we would send various staff members out to the establishment,
and every time there was a transaction,
the staff member would say,
thank you very much, next time, bring your sister, you hump.
We thought that that was a good way to kind of generate,
if not goodwill, certainly interest and promote business.
It was like a chamber of commerce kind of thing.
Right.
Next time, bring your sister, you hump.
Yeah.
And we've had various staff members try it.
Bob Borden tried it.
Kathleen Anchors tried it.
Who am I leaving out of here?
George Clark.
George Clark tried it.
It's difficult work, isn't it?
It's not as easy as it might sound.
But you volunteered.
You were nice enough to give it a try.
Actually, I didn't volunteer.
They asked me, and I said no.
Uh-huh.
But you're doing it nonetheless.
Yes, I did it.
But it was scary because people get angry.
It is a little front.
Yeah, they do get angry because they think you want to start trouble.
Yeah.
All right.
So here now, our latest attempt at trying to generate goodwill and improve
commerce for area merchants.
Tony Mendez and a little something we call, next time, bring your sister, you
hump.
Next time, bring your sister, you hump.
You're welcome.
Thanks, ring lady.
Have an afternoon.
Next time, bring your sister, you hump.
Thank you, Mark.
Thank you.
Next time, bring your sister, you hump.
Me?
Next time, bring your sister, you hump.
You said, next time, bring your sister, you hump.
He said, next time, bring your sister, you hump.
Next time, bring your sister, you hump.
Nice job, Tony.
Thank you very much.
What's that jacket, Rita?
It says, Ed's Yulivan.
What is Ed's Yulivan?
Ed Sullivan.
Oh, Ed Sullivan.
I'm sorry.
All right.
We'll see you next time.
We'll see you next time.
We'll see you next time.
We'll see you next time.
We'll see you next time.
We'll see you next time.
We'll see you next time.
We'll see you next time.
We'll see you next time.
Bye.
