Hey, look, ladies and gentlemen, time for Small Town News.
Let's go, let's go.
Small Towns, they're cuckoo towns.
Here's the news, and they fuse off the news from Small Towns.
Yeah, OK.
Now, tonight, we're not doing Small Town News,
but we love the theme music so much, we just said, well, by gosh,
let's hear the Small Town News theme.
Well, what are we doing?
Well, I'll tell you what we got.
All the time, people clip out and send in to us photographs
of people they think look like me.
Yours truly, Duck Face, Dave.
So that's what we're doing tonight.
Let's just kick it off.
Here we go.
Here's a guy, somebody sent this in,
thought that he looked a little like me.
See, what?
Not even close, am I right?
Close enough?
No, actually, it looks...
Actually, actually pretty close.
Yeah, you and your normal life.
All right, this is from the Bedford Gazette,
Bedford, Pennsylvania.
This is the 5K run champion, Dr. Eugene Nolin.
I don't know.
No, less, less.
Not close there either.
Mm-hmm.
This is a man named Jack Jukenthal
running for some sort of board position.
Let's see what Jack looks like.
I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't.
See, here's, we're only three photos into it.
Here's a problem I have.
I mean, even if they're close or not close,
the one thing they have in common
is they're all goofy looking.
So that, that tells me the message there is,
anybody goofy looking, send it in.
It's from the South Haven,
the new era of South Haven, Kansas.
A man enjoying something to eat
at the South Haven Fair.
Let's see if this looks like me.
Okay, yeah, that's me.
I've seen that guy.
That's me.
I, I have that shirt.
Oh, you do?
Okay.
Uh, Gimpler's Outdoor Work Supply Catalog.
How many folks shop at Gimpler's?
I haven't heard of Gimpler's.
Do you have a credit card at Gimpler's?
Not familiar with it.
An account?
Sure, I love Gimpler's.
The horn section.
The horn section is always at Gimpler's.
Here's the catalog.
Take a look.
Yes.
It's Gimpler's.
Yes, we have it here.
Honest to God.
Yeah, yeah, we got a good one.
Honest to gosh.
It's a good one.
It's from the Tribune star, Terre Haute, Indiana.
The caption with this photo of a postal carrier
claims Letterman looks like Dave Letterman.
So, so we have a guy who's a letter carrier.
Oh, right.
He's a Letterman.
Yes, he's a Letterman.
Yeah, let's see what he says.
Looks like airbag.
Wow, I mean, really?
I mean, it's like, do they have any idea what I look like?
Have they ever seen the show?
We've been on the air for 30 years.
Here's a columnist named Mildred Dye.
Mildred Dye.
You know, I guess you don't have to be a man.
All right, it's the same haircut.
I'll give you that.
And finally, and I don't know why somebody would send this in to us.
This is a guy who was wanted for a crime.
His name is Jack Doris.
Jack Doris Sullivan.
Here we go.
Let's see if he looks anything like me.
Right down there.
This town.
It's an uptight town.
That was news.
There's news on the news from small towns.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Can we split the screen on that?
Can we just see what that looks like?
Just split the old screen on that last one.
Let me get a better look at that.
Yeah, pretty close.
Okay.
