how are you i'm big yes you are big you you look like you may be very very
close we mentioned any
minute is it really that's true yeah how soon any day after today is okay
really is there a chance
that it could happen like tonight or yes oh well i have bruce on call oh your
husband is here
looking after you that's very very nice well he's not here here but he's he's
on call he's got his
beeper and he's ready to go yeah how you doing good good to see you dad you
look wonderful in
that little uh that's not really a maternity dress is it well anybody could
wear it if they really
want you could wear it and don't think i haven't tried sure the last time the
last time you and i
spent any time together it was a real sweaty night in september do you remember
that it was it was nice
yeah and you were you were on my lap for like six hours yes yeah his knee was
shaking yeah it was it
was a great a large amount of fun for me it was great dave was very kind you i
actually i really
appreciated it because dave was santa for me he scared my children of santa but
you were
that's right well i didn't i had the santa suit on i didn't know what to say to
the kids hi kids hi
how are you but you were great oh look there's look at this this is yeah this
is uh that's me in the red
outfit no very cute yeah that was a great deal of fun yeah yeah and then this
was you know that the oh
there was the cover yeah the giant bow there i like your picture better oh it
was great well let's talk
about your baby this will be your third yes and how's the pregnancy going
everything good very well
yeah and it's a special treat it'll be my third girl oh you know it's a girl
yes oh congratulations
don't hesitate on that applause it's a good thing and do you have a name picked
up well you know last
time when i was on we did the top ten that's right names which i realized were
all mostly boys names but
out of that grouping i think i'm holding tough for manute manute well that'd be
very nice i thought it
was is this uh uh is the baby very active in there do you uh yeah you know she's
um it's kind of special
this time i don't know if it's i'm more in touch maybe she's gifted but i hear
a lot of weird rumbling
is that right you actually can hear them loud a lot of kicking a lot of thumping
a lot of that sort of
because it's it's really like maybe how can is it possible that like we could
move the microphone
would you be able to hear tonight for you anything is possible let's see if we
can hear anything here
hey dave how you doing
let's wait i think there might be she has a beautiful little voice doesn't she
she may sound like her dad let's try man clinton sure loves them french fries
oh boy oh look there's
the french fries so to me what else you've just been pregnant i guess and so uh
are you can you be
can you be active can you pursue a normal life what kind of things do you do uh
you know you can do
pretty much anything i mean i think it used to be that that people said you
should you seem very healthy
to me seem like i am i'm very healthy you come from good stock well some good
stock but you know my
grandmother's been a great inspiration to me who's watching tonight hello
grandma i told you that i was
going to be on how old is your grandmother uh 73 let's hope i got that right
she'd be offended if
it was too many years but um and she just gave up smoking like a year ago oh
see so is this one of
these deals where she started very very young and has smoked like 60 years or
something you know those
ads smoking's good for you so she gave up the butts she gave up the butts but
uh i think you know she
paid a price for it but now you know she's been my she's coming around good
yeah and you when you're
her age how do you see yourself still in show business still acting climbing
those mountains
doing everything that's what i hope that's why she's been my inspiration
because the one time
i saw her sitting on the couch smoking those cigarettes you'd like me to show
you how yeah sure okay let's
hope grandma doesn't get mad so this is grandma in the morning oh well well
that's that's a pretty
she's thrown that all away yeah certainly is a pretty picture for grandpa
how are the uh how are the other kids uh are they excited about their the
arrival of their new
sister they've been very sweet about it yeah they just keep saying it comes out
of the peepee comes
out of the people
that's that's an interesting theory i
oh my and how's your husband doing is he all right he's he's up uh upstate new
york doing a movie with
paul where the hell are the singing cats newman oh oh man pretty good deal paul
newman is like the real
thing that that should be a great movie so he's up there and excited about
being a father again i
would guess yeah and you are you know i'm concerned because you shouldn't
really be on a television
show you should be someplace relaxing for you i appreciate it i know that but
you're making me a
little nervous no but don't worry i do everything are you kidding this i mean
no they used to say i said
to women oh you know you got to go easy yeah get on your back you can do i do
everything i work
out i what kind of working out can you do i everything biking hiking whatever
running you know you got to
take it easy i took up a little gymnastics no no you didn't sure gymnastics
yeah a little bit
no you're kidding me no no you can't do gymnastics when you're nine months
pregnant gymnastics when i
was a kid so i i picked up a class and i'm working with someone i don't believe
this i don't believe
this i would like to see yes i would be careful don't do anything stupid okay
so maybe if i just
have to get a little running start all right and maybe if they can all get
ready look out oh my
goodness music for me be very very careful all right okay here we go all right
look at that what a
lovely outfit thanks okay okay don't you need any talc or anything no no i'm
also okay demi more ladies and
gentlemen oh my god here we go
my god i never would have believed it are you all right wow good heavens that
was very nice i think i just need to sit down for a second okay
i think i just need to sit down for a second okay
i hope you're wearing comfortable shoes
to me bless your heart uh good luck to you have a have a happy healthy baby and
give my best to
bruce and the rest of the family it's demi more kids we'll be right back
