how are you great nice to see you i think you're just a kid are you just a kid
um
well not really not really no but you look you just look i mean good for you
and i won't
embarrass you by asking you how old you are but congratulations thanks i'm 25.
25 well there you
go you're sort of a kid yeah right yeah okay where are you living now i'm
living i just bought a
house in los angeles there you go so you're not a kid you bought a house no i
bought a house and
you know what i'm supporting my sister so i feel like um sort of a caretaker
well that's good that's
a nice thing to do for your family for heaven's sakes yeah it is it really do
feel like i'm yeah
i'm doing a good job yeah what is your sister what kind of stuff does she do uh
she's an artist
actually she doesn't have a job right now but she wants to be in special
effects makeup and i think
i can help her with that because um you know i'm in the business right i do
some movies and does she
work for you or are you yeah actually i call her my a sister or sometimes we'll
refer to her as kiki
like the julia roberts character in americans v hearts um as a joke she's she's
fine about it
is she like she doesn't mind it she is she younger or older than you are she's
like three years older
than me yeah uh but now when did you did you lived in new york though didn't
you i did i lived here when i
was like 16 17 when i was in high school i was working on all my children here
not in high school
really i was in high school but i was i was taking the bus back and forth and i
was still managing to
make a living and and and get my uh high school diploma now that's great but it's
crazy to be a
normal kid when on the one hand you spend all day in the you know the english
class and then you go and
you're on a soap opera yeah isn't that nuts yeah it's kind of weird but um i
didn't care i just wanted
out i wanted it out of what high school wanted out of high school yeah but by
the way i mean it wasn't
easier in the soap opera right that only lasted 10 months but were you uh were
you a troubled teen
i'm getting that maybe you were a troubled teen no uh very very mild uh-huh
just wanted out just had
had enough yeah it's very dramatic what soap opera were you a part of all my
children oh you might have
heard of it is it still on the air uh i believe it is it i don't know because
some of the long-running
soap operas are now no longer running yeah yeah the one that dumped me after
two days is no longer
on two days yeah what was your character karma i'm just kidding yeah don't don't
mess with the 16 year
old kid exactly what was your character uh on all my children i don't care yeah
they're all the same
they're all the same uh i was picked one i was a religious girl it was boring
it was boring you don't
even yeah so and uh do we have a clip of your work or your early work yeah do
you know sure what is
this going to be we're going to look at i think uh something about popcorn um
and me being angry
okay it's from all my children and it's your early work and in this we're going
to see you at 16 right
and when you were doing this you were living in the trump tower is that true
yeah off on 69th and
riverside so we've got a 16 year old high school kid living in the trump tower
yes and with with her
first boyfriend ever wow this is you know what happens when it's your first
boyfriend no
what what what this is seems very advanced to me let's see the clip okay let's
take a look at the clip
here we go oh boy candy or something there you are i've got everything i want
right here wow it's not me
wait wait is this a clip of me i don't know is it oh is that you oh my god that's
great that's micah
that's my first boyfriend oh man
wow i thought you were the brunette right right yeah no i know things change no
but i it's so you played
the little kind of mousy high school girl in that soap opera i played who i
really was in real life
right no no you're living in the trump tower with a boyfriend for god's sake
yeah uh and how long how
long did that role continue then it was 10 months it's fine i'm over it yeah
uh and you were in the mama mia film i was yeah now do you do when you do it
and the thing would look
like it was shot on location in greece or italy or someplace like that looked
fantastic one of those
it's like never it's never gonna happen again yeah but did you did while you're
over there everybody
come good friends yeah oh my god you stay in touch with these people yeah
actually my two best friends
we all got tattoos um commemorating our bond throughout that movie really where
did you get your tattoos
i mean no i meant geographically where did you get it oh uh los angeles i got
it in los angeles
so it's a north american tattoo it's a north american tattoo and you got it on
your foot and i got it on
my foot yeah all right tell us the story because you know i think uh one day my
son maybe maybe me i
don't know tell me about the decision and how it happened well it just um i
thought what i i don't really
like tattoos that much but um i wanted to know what it felt like and i thought
one night at dinner it
seemed like a good idea um so afterwards what does that mean exactly um we
might have been we might
have been having a beer or one night at dinner you know those british people i
tell you they they just
can't stop um but what happened was we we ended up getting tattoos and you know
what i love it now when
you say we how many people involved three of us three three women all women
three women yeah three
strong-headed can we see the tattoo or do you yeah it's on my foot all right it's
on my left foot
it says minge and it's a british slang term it's pretty right is my handwriting
you like it it's nice
okay i'm gonna put it down now okay uh minge i'm not familiar with the term
yeah it's like uh it's a
it's a term for uh a female body part
thank you nothing um what did that it's it's very uh discreet but i'll bet when
people see it and
and recognize it what what is the reaction um they shake their heads yeah um
and oh my god look what
you've got on your foot yeah no i get it i uh shocking i know but makes me
laugh so yeah well
that's all that counts really all that counts really for me um oh tell me about
your dog we have
a clip of your dog oh did you have a clip of my dog yeah tell me about the dog
i'm obsessed with my
dog what's the dog's name his name's finn i i do nothing but hang out with him
um and and i make
videos of him and and i'm really excited because you have this clip of him
where i'm sitting behind
him it's what we do like every week when we're when we're at dinner okay and uh
and so um it's me
behind him and he's sitting on me and this is when he's really young actually
with with a shirt on and
my hands are what kind of dog he's an australian shepherd oh those are great
dogs those are fantastic
yeah he's really um it's it's i really shouldn't talk about him as much as i do
but yeah but do you
have a flock of sheep for him to work i don't but because that's all they want
to do is is herd stuff
that's really you ought to look into some livestock no he's been bothering me
about it quite a bit
he's in his teen teens let's take a look at the video here
that's vodka
my boy that's pretty good oh boy thanks that was pretty good that's that's
funny i like that uh
that makes a talking baby commercials look like a student film you know what i
mean you know youtube
is pretty inspiring very powerful all right now let's look at a clip of the red
riding hood uh thing
this is a uh a wolf monster story what a werewolf story yeah and they try to
find out who the wolf is
it's a whodunit yeah the werewolf is gonna is killing people right do you like
being in the wolf stories
um it's my first time uh it was pretty good you know we'll see if you know if i
spend more time
in a wolf story but it's really very entertaining all right we're gonna see a
clip now from the wolf story
it opens march 11th let's take a look we'll talk about it later uh there you go
you see what happens
now what you ought to do
is take your finn movies put a bunch of those together and run them before the
red riding hood
yeah that's a good idea you know like as a preview on on the big screen listen
if i could
do that you know it would be oh that's a license to print money yeah yeah
you're right yeah no that was great fantastic uh the movie itself uh opens
march 11th uh red
riding hood amanda seyfried thank you amanda nice meeting you good luck to you
