you brought your own beverage sure i mean mr leno brought his own dinner you
can certainly bring
your own beverage they wanted me to put it in a cup what do you have in there
what are you drinking
can i say a product do whatever you want yeah jack daniels really no no it's coca-cola
oh see
i thought we were in for something yeah no no man alive i thought well this is
going to be
interesting just coke oh well nice to see you uh how's your summer going uh
well actually it's um
it's going pretty good i'm um i'm kind of gimping around a little bit i did
something to your leg
water skiing this is probably not maybe late night talk uh material but uh i
had these um i
planter's warts burned off the bottom of my feet right wow so the warts are
gone however the doctor
didn't tell me at the bottom of your feet also go did uh when they do this to
you so what exactly are
they well they're just these ugly disgusting kind of you don't want to see it
or anything no no i wasn't
believe it i wasn't going to ask for an up-close look oh but uh you never can
tell me and how many
did you have there i had five big ones and they're gone so i'm just you know on
one or
both feet oh both feet so i'm i'm fine i know you're all kind of worried and
what was it a what
was the process just like uh they come in and just burn them off the guy holds
your foot basically and
gives you these shots and so that's so you don't kick him in the head i think a
blacksmith does this
a farrier comes by the house yeah anyway so i'm okay but it's as foot disorders
go it's a very minor
kind of thing it's money yeah good well i'm glad you're on the men yeah thanks
uh and and tell me
about working with john candy did you know him from this yeah he was on last
week very nice guy very
nice man he's uh he's great um uncle buck opened up today and the reason really
i wanted to do this
was to work with john candy and uh he is really just the funniest guy imaginable
um i've uh i've run the
gamut you know i'm married to a real sexy guy actor named ed harris ed harris
sure who is now in the
the abyss right yes he is and nearly drowned right you talk to cameron right no
yeah yeah but i mean
that's what that's what people are saying that uh the camera the director they
had some difficult
moments they took eight months to shoot this film but he hid his air tank they're
underwater yeah yeah
yes which i didn't think was real humorous with my husband doing that no no but
you know i'd be steamed
if it were me right but anyway that's who you're married to yeah and uh i'm uh
got to work with kevin
costner and a lot of women come up to me and they want to know you know what's
kevin this this was
all about in the field of dreams but candy i'm telling you john candy he's the
guy he's he's he's really
sexy guy he's just he's just aces he is i'm telling you why these people are
looking at he strikes you
as being sexy oh definitely yeah yeah john john candy yeah it's his mind no no
he invited me to play in
his uh golf tournament right now this guy john's a pretty good golfer and i
know how to play the game
but i really stink so but i this was for charity we raised a lot of money and
and these people pay in
money to play yeah members of the community will pay so much golf right so i'm
with these four guys
you know it's sponsored by labats which was really good so there was a lot of
heavy yeah people were
knocking back a few beers why they were you know because it was hot and you
were golfing yeah that's
right you know and uh which i'll get my really dig in the hole here yeah so i
played with these four
guys you know and i know they were just going i i can't believe she's going to
be playing with this
because they were giving prizes and uh they they sold metal i don't i don't
know like metal parts
like i know you're saying like what metal what did they do they sold metal and
uh we all played golf and
had a good time and um these guys sold for a living like scrap iron or metal i
guess so i wasn't really
quite sure i didn't get real specific about what sure you know but uh anyway
play play a little golf with
john and um yeah hung out and had a good time shot in chicago wait a minute did
i miss something here
is there a punch line floating in the studio no no there isn't that's the
unfortunate part
of it no there is but you told it with such great commitment enthusiasm yeah i
appreciate that oh hello
and uh you you uh now when you shot field of dreams that was all right that was
that was actually done
in iowa is that where that was yeah was that fun to see you there it is again
no just whatever i can't
see people up there following along in the atlas is what they're doing oh i see
uh so how much how much
time did you uh what what is it it's done oh we're just rolling i'm supposed to
go now yeah i'm sorry
you have to go now i think we have other people to come oh okay oh yeah we have
carol leafer here oh

very well for you and
